Happy Gotcha Day to my favorite son. Zunar is literally an Earth angel and total blessing in my life. We found each other at the right time but I know we’ve been together in previous timelines. My shadow, my emotional regulator, my confidant and protector. I always and will forever introduce him as “a boy who just wants to love and be loved”. I carry you within me.

As I grow further in womanhood, I can see through a wiser lens how much I appreciate the kind of man and father my dad has been and is to me. How much of him carries over in me.

My dad was not born into privilege or an easy life, but through hard work and always choosing to do the next right thing, he has always rose above his circumstances.

I realize now all of the small ways that showed his love for us. When he would get a bonus, we’d go to Toys R Us. Every Valentine’s Day we got flowers. My car never needed an oil change. We were given all of the opportunity to make our lives better than where he started. That’s incredible love.

In 2019 my dad was diagnosed with 2 types of cancer, 1 incurable. I’m not sure if he knows, but this is what led me to pursue bodybuilding. I understood the value of this current life and needing to pursue a calling. Having survived multiple surgeries, a Covid ICU journey and living through continuous treatments and lab testing - he carries on running his own business. He showed me the value of respecting your home, your things and how not ignoring the details takes you further. He taught me and my sister to become self sufficient and that being a snob about food or music is a good thing. To acknowledge the way a bird sings, how the air at the beach smells & how the vibration you feel in your chest from a guitar peddle lights you up inside, makes you different from how most people experience our world.

Today I think about how much of you I carry in me and for that, I am incredibly grateful. I love you so much dad. Happy Father’s Day 🤍 by @yelhsasmith

I realized my inner child is living her dream life. I have a kitty, a puppy, a swimming pool (!!) and get to live by the sea where I wake up next to someone who loves me and makes me laugh everyday. It’s easy to get caught up thinking about the next steps, money, and the state of the world, but it’s nice knowing my happy world is right at home 💗 now we just need a farm 🙃 @katsourinis_a taken in Saint Petersburg, Florida by @yelhsasmith

45 candles for @t_ii_n_a_h today. To my biggest cheerleader: I’m thankful it’s your birthday because it’s a day for me to reflect on truly how special and impactful you have been in my life. My successes, my growth, my taste in everything cool…it’s because of you! I know in my heart this wasn’t our first life together, nor will it be our last because the bond we share is magical. I want to thank everyone who made my birthday so special. What a life - I’m so lucky to be loved by such incredible people. My heart is SO full!

Stepping into my next year, I feel grounded and have hit my stride calmly yet confidently knowing I am embodying empress energy more each day ✨ I am looking forward to expanding my physical & higher-self this next year in many different arenas.
