When I thought about the very idea of a book launch party, I knew I wanted to wear something that embodied the work. Something that said "Of course this woman wrote that book." Oyster earrings, a dress of sea life and tropical plants, and, of course, snake bobby pins. Joy, bliss! May we all welcome something lovely and unexpected. 🌹 by @yemaja328

Back in September, I had one of my *best meals ever* at the gorgeous @pavyllon_london my first night in London. The tasting menu and wine pairing selections were absolutely exquisite! I took notes for a future poem.

I walked as much as I could the second day--taking in the beauty.

My second and final night in London, I went to the playful restaurant @sketchlondon with its egg-shaped restrooms and live jazz band.

I walked back to my hotel both nights wanting more time in the city. Can't believe I waited so long to visit.
