You gotta show them 💪🏽✨

“Worth it” an original
Let me know what you think🫣

I always question do I show them, do I post the video, is this just something I do behind closed doors, will the social anxiety deplit me of my gift. I say no thank you, in this time in this age, our digital diaries, vlogs, documentaries, stories, photos , are all items that will forever hold history, hold truth, hold feeling, you must always allow your gifts of being alive, to come through, embody them; nourish them, protect them. Your journey, is your journey; I pray for the world right now. Everyday we must unite, must remember, we are 100% worth it, every form of life deserves to live….in peace. Don’t let it hurt, to show your knowledge, feel empowered, and protect your energy. We must radiate love, compassion, our world needs it more than ever✨
Enjoy✨

I Am.
•
A download I recieved this afternoon, a message that was screaming share it with the world.
•
Sometimes you can’t focus on who the message is for, you must put it out into the ether, let it reach the never ending tether of force & through connection, the right ones will always understand.
My past self says “no one cares”, present self says “you deserve to be seen” so seen I will be <3.

September is Suicide Prevention & Awareness Month. 💜
•
I know what it feels like to reach a place where I didn’t think I would make it through. 27 years in, surviving a suicide attempt, I look around at the trees, the sky, the people I love, and realize how many moments I would’ve never gotten to experience if my story had ended there…
Nature has become one of the places that reminds me to come back to myself.
To breathe.
To feel the ground beneath me. And being surrounded by people who genuinely love me reminds me that even when my mind tells me I’m alone, I don’t have to carry everything alone.
•
This is also for every beautiful soul who didn’t make it through their battle.
You are remembered.
You are loved.
You are missed.

We carry you with us. 🤍

Please check on the people you love, especially the ones who seem “strong.” Sit outside. Hug somebody. Call somebody. Stay another day.🫶🏽

If you or someone you love is struggling, call or text 988 in the U.S. for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Who is Yenny? Why Yenny? When did it all start?

I found a video my Tia Nena uploaded to YouTube over 23 years ago, a moment in time that reminded me exactly who I’ve always been.

Watching it, I realized this path didn’t begin when I decided to share my art. It began long before that. These gifts were God-given, woven into my purpose before I even understood them. Hiding my voice would do no justice to who I’ve been since I was a little girl.

My dad taught us to sing loudly, to share our voice without fear, and to never shrink ourselves. Looking back, it’s funny because I had absolutely no business singing that song….but I sang it anyway. 😂

Happy Father’s Day to the man who showed us that being passionate, creative, and expressive was natural. These memories are treasures I’ll carry forever and one day share with my own children.

Everything happens for a reason, and I’m so grateful this moment found me exactly when I needed it.💫✨ by @yennysol_

Episode 48 | From addiction to intuition

Meet Yenny. This is what it looks like when someone stops holding back what’s inside of them.

Her voice isn’t just music…it’s something that moves through her.

The world needs more of this. More of her. This is your reminder Yenny… you don’t get to play small anymore.

Grateful to know you, soul sister ❤️‍🔥

Thank you for being here
