🔥🧊🔁: It was truly discomforting to spend 20 minutes in 82 degrees Celsius, followed by an immediate dip into water that was at 0 degrees Celsius. Each one of us 29 folks did this (couldn’t tag more than 20 of y’all). It’s mind blowing to see what all our bodies can endure! by @yes.toronto

“In tears,” “life changing,” and “magical” are some of the most common phrases we hear when we ask people about the weekend of November 18th. Toronto marked the end of @andershofman’s 3 month long premiere tour that spanned 9 freakin’ countries and we cannot be more grateful! We were definitely the coldest premiere venue with the most warm and welcoming folks!❤️

Both the premiere days were super packed with 4 pre and post-premiere meetups, polar plunges in -12 Celsius 🥶, tattoos, and much more!⚡️⚡️

All in all, a big big shoutout to the premiere volunteer team, @richslife and @tannercharlesmn for bringing pure awesomeness to the table, @staffantaylor for being the best goddamn mc we’ve ever seen, and of course, @andershofman and @anthonhofman for bringing us this journey!🙌❤️

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Mount Nemo hike today! 🥾🌿

This was my very first event with @yes.toronto and I’m truly grateful for the amazing response, positive energy, and enthusiasm from all of you. It was wonderful meeting everyone and creating some great memories together.

We have many more exciting events lined up, including day picnics, camping trips, potluck meetups, and more—so stay tuned and keep an eye on the group for upcoming announcements!

Canada Day Crafts & Cultural Potluck 🍁🎨

Feeling incredibly grateful to be surrounded by such kind, genuine people from so many different cultural backgrounds. Thank you all for sharing your favourite travel memories in Canada through art, collecting way too many free samples in the park 😆, surviving some surprisingly friendly UNO No Mercy battles, having heartfelt conversations about navigating life, and bringing such thoughtful home-cooked cultural dishes, snacks, and drinks to share. And somehow, on one of the hottest days of the summer, we still managed to stay cool with some very creative ice cream bar combinations. 😆🍦

Days like these remind me that some of life's richest experiences don't come from having everything in common. They come from showing up with curiosity, sharing pieces of our stories, and making space for one another. Different backgrounds, traditions, and perspectives don't divide us. They make the table bigger, the conversations deeper, and the memories even more meaningful. 😌💭

One of the things I love most about treetop trekking is how it brings you completely into the present. 🙂‍↕️

Your mind is focused on the next step, your balance, the sound of birds in the forest, and the friends beside you cheering you on through every wobble and obstacle. 🤗

And then there are the ziplines! ✨️ Those moments where you can take a deep breath, take in the view, and feel the wind rush past you. For a few seconds, you feel a little lighter, a little freer. Kind of like an unstoppable butterfly, carrying itself across vast distances to places it has never been before. 🦋💨

What inspired me most wasn't how high we climbed, but watching people face moments of genuine fear and choose courage anyway.
The shaky breaths. The "I'm really nervous." The "I don't know if I can do this." And in many cases, the "Why is this so wobbly?!" 😆

And then still taking the next step forward.

I think that's where growth lives...not in feeling fearless, but in discovering we're stronger than we thought. Step by step, platform by platform, we find ourselves reaching new heights, both literally and figuratively haha 🌲✨

I hope this continues to inspire you to keep moving forward when challenges come your way. You've got this. 🧠💪

Sweat, recover, celebrate 🫶

last week we linked up with @strong_littleitalyto and @rcvri_ca for an afternoon that had it all — pilates, a run through little italy, cold recovery, and a birthday worth celebrating 🎂

and somewhere in between we broke out @seek.discomfort Spark cards and asked each other the questions you didn’t know you needed to answer. turns out all it takes is the right question to unlock a whole new side of someone you thought you already knew 💬✨
