A few weeks ago I got to play electric and MD at one of my favourite places with some great people. We became fast friends and had some fun! Expect many clips in the coming weeks! #fyp #reels #ottawaworship #youthworship #canadaworship taken in Ottawa Valley Pentecostal Camp by @yeshuac

This is a clip from a special moment at NON a couple weeks ago.

This is where an MD comes in clutch - watching the worship leader, and being aware of what Holy Spirit is doing in the room; then taking the cues to lead the band and give direction, allowing the song leader to focus on leading the room in that moment.

A little recap of my Good Friday spent at @nonottawa

It’s a real blessing to be able to serve at this event with such amazing people! Huge s/o to @movewithrachel for serving so selflessly behind the scenes and @tessieregan_14 for leading a phenomenal worship set and being an amazing roadie 😂😎

📝When I wrote these affirmations I didn’t think much of them; it was a way to encourage a student to make mistakes and not be afraid of failure.

Little did I know that this was actually the summary of my entire creative process over 30+ years distilled into a few short affirmations. It’s an ethos for how I try show up in the world, not only as an artist but as a husband, a friend, a business owner, and generally how I show up as a person.

These affirmations have become central to all my creative endeavours including how I start private lessons, group workshops, rehearsals, gigs, new projects etc.

This may not be earth-shattering news to anyone but they’ve been a blessing to me - and it’s time I share them with the world

Ps. For this and so much more - thank you student

This is a really quick explanation of the number system for social media but the concept can and should be explained in more detail for it to fully make sense. If you’re interested in learning more or taking lessons send me a DM!

I learned to whistle as an adult because I had a supervisor who would whistle all the time and I thought it’d be fun to do the same… I hope this song makes you want to whistle too 😙😙😙
