The Iceland Run - Day 12 in picture

Kicking off with blue skies and surround views of the glacier, day 12 saw George and Chris smash out half marathons first thing! Boom!! We cruised across the south coast through iceberg rivers and intense glacial winds which made the final few hours of the day a serious struggle. But we pushed on, eventually being shoved forward by the breeze to get us through to a solid 72km.

Sebastian Key - The fastest ever lap run of Iceland

Wow. I cannot put into words how I’m feeling at this point, but all I can say is thank you to everyone who’s helped to make this happen! This has been the hardest thing I’ve ever done, physically, mentally and emotionally it took me to the edge and almost broke me everyday! But day by day, my team got me round this island faster than anyone has ever been before!

Thank you to @mrjsmannion and Amar Naher for believing in me ever since I first thought up this crazy challenge, it would never have happened without you both.

To the boys @christianrobson11 @rory.wlms @tommyjermyn1 @george.barnes54 @robbieguthrie1 you guys have changed my life, kept me sane in my darkest moments, always knew how to make me laugh and never left my side! This challenge belongs to all of us, I was just the runner. I owe you everything and love you all more than I can describe!

Please donate to my incredible charity @childrenwithcanceruk and help us fight against the unfair world we live in! These children and families never give up, so neither shall we! (link in bio to donate)

See you all soon, all my love, heart and gratitude!

Givestar’s Adventure for Good Grant is open! And there’s 6 days left to apply for money to take on a mega challenge, raising money for charity.

For myself and many people I’ve met though the grant, Givestar has enabled us to achieve some of the best things we ever dreamt of doing - so if you’ve got a challenge or something in mind then I really encourage you to put in an application!

If you raise money for @therunningcharity then I’ll help you do it! And in the process, you’ll be supporting young people facing homelessness in the UK and supporting our work to change lives!

Any questions, send me a message, happy to help! Go do something amazing!

Raul’s Kyrgyzstan Fundraiser - £650 raised, £600 to go

Raul is a friend of mine who we support at The Running Charity and I am so so desperate to support his fundraiser to send him to Kyrgyzstan! He’s a keen camper and outdoorsman and now has his first opportunity to leave the country on an expedition with @brit_exploring

We’ve all got holiday plans and have so many memories growing up from trips abroad, so let’s send this lovely lovely guy on his first expedition away for a life changing experience!!

Thank you so much for any love and support x by @yessebkey

Massive shoutout to all my lovely lovely friends and guests who came to the supper club - we sold out to the most wonderful crowd possible and couldn’t have been more stoked with how much fun everyone had! This was a first for me and boy was it one of the proudest things I’ve done in a while!

And big shoutout to my best bud @sophieecrowther for showing me many of the ropes and making it the most fun project from the first recipe to the final slice of tart - who says siblings don’t make good colleagues!

Thank you everyone for coming, who knows when we’ll do it again, but I’m sure it’ll happen! Open for any and all theme ideas, send them over!

Appreciate you guys, hope everyone has success growing their seeds xxx taken in Palm 2 by @yessebkey
