• Wear loose-fitting or comfortable clothing made of natural fibres like cotton. Synthetic materials may trap heat!

• Start with a lower temperature in the sauna and gradually increase them as you become more acclimated to the heat

• Take slow, deep breathe to help regulate your body’s response to the heat

• After your sauna session, wet one of our towels to lower your body temperature gradually. This can be refreshing and help close your pores.

Yinfrared fam we have some sad news!

Unfortunately our building has been acquired by the SA Government for the South Road project, and the new site for our friends @kxpilatesmileend, does not have enough room for us to join the party 😢

We want to thank you all for your support and for all the times you came to us for some self care, relaxation and of course a good ol’ fashioned sweat!

We will miss you! Last chance to sweat is on 27 July 🫶🏼
