Shower us with praise! In 2024, our annual return and exchange rate was less than 5%! I’m not sure if there are any other companies in online sales that can achieve this remarkable number, but we made it happen, all thanks to your support!😘
The top reason for exchanges was sizing. Most customers said the shirts they received were a bit too big. But after exchanging, they were satisfied.
As increasingly new customers become our regulars, people are really getting to know and love the fit of Yiume shirts.
🔹Here‘s something important for all our new friends. Knowing many buy our items as gifts, we’ve extended the return and exchange period from 30 to 45 days. This gives you more time to decide. If you‘re not happy with your purchase within these 45 days, don’t worry! Just send it back or exchange it. We‘ve got your back!
But before you place an order, please, please, please take a look at our size recommendations to get the perfect - fitting size on your first try.
Thanks again for all your support. Love you all!

We don't quite have the words for this. ❤️

One of the greatest minds in the history of AI — Turing Award winner, father of reinforcement learning — has been wearing Yiume. At NeurIPS. At WAIC. At CDL. It's even the photo on his Wikipedia page.

Thank you, art, for closing distances we never thought possible.

Thank you, Richard, for choosing Yiume — not once, but again and again.

We imagine what it feels like, standing at that podium in a floral shirt while the rest of the room is in suits. We hope it feels like freedom. Like confidence. Like yourself.

That's all we've ever wanted to give someone.

Be Your Masterpiece, Every Day. 🌺

When it comes to blue, we have a lot of answers. 💙

But first — what color dominates your closet? Drop it in the comments and we'll tell you what it says about you. Just for fun, don't take it too seriously 😄

We'll start:

If your closet is full of blue — research says you're probably the calmest person in the room. Trusted by everyone, loyal to a fault, and already three steps ahead without saying a word.

And here's a little science behind it: color psychology studies show that blue tones can actually lower blood pressure, slow your heart rate, and ease anxiety. It's why hospitals and yoga studios lean so heavily on blue. Wearing it might be doing more for you than you think.

Drop your closet color below 👇 we're reading every single one — and we'll tell you exactly what kind of person you are. 😉

💡How will you wear yours?

We gave you a shirt for the ones you love.💝 Now here's one for the ones you celebrate with. 🥂

The 4th Anniversary Party Edition — because four years deserve fireworks, not just quiet sunsets.

Look closer: top-hatted octopus toasting, flamingos clinking, koi and turtles swimming through a sky of balloons and Eastern clouds. Soft pink and indigo, chaos and joy — all in one print.

This isn't just a shirt. It's an invitation to the carnival.

Four years. Countless memories. And this is how we celebrate them — together, loud, and full of heart.

Come join the party. 🎉

This one is no longer available. 🌊

Oceanic Starscape — designed by our in-house artist Yakima — sold 157 pieces before it was retired. That means somewhere on this earth, exactly 157 people own it.

Some limited editions are made that way on purpose. But at Yiume, most of what we make feels that way naturally. We want to find the shirt with your name on it — for every single one of you. That's why we never stop creating.

Yakima threw the night sky and the ocean together — stars and little fish all mixed up, floating into the same world. No rules. Just joy. The kind of print that makes you smile before you even know why.

If you're one of the 157 — you know what you have. 🤍

Dress for your mood. 🌺

Feeling bold? Go bright. Feeling calm? Go deep blue. Feeling like you want to make everyone around you smile without saying a word?

We have a few ideas.

The right print doesn't just change how you look. It changes the energy in the room — yours and everyone else's.

What color are you wearing today? 👇

A watercolor daydream, printed for a moment that will never come again.🌊

Sun-drenched islands. Glass domes glowing with promise. Palms, waves, dolphins— all woven into one vision of balance. Where future meets nature. Where luxury feels like home.

This is our 4th Anniversary. Not a milestone to count, but a feeling to hold.🐋

Four years of you. Four years of us. 🌏

This shirt is that feeling. Wear it, and keep it with you — because some stories only happen once.

The ocean collection just got bigger. 🌊

Three new members of the family:

🐠 Indigo School of Fish
Vintage batik meets the deep sea. Layered blues, stylized fish, hand-drawn waves — like something you’d find in a faraway seaside market.

🌴 Tiki Isle Archive
Whales, sea turtles, volcanoes, tikis, tropical flowers — all colliding in one retro batik print. Raw island energy, laid-back Pacific coast vibes.

🎉 The Yiume Jubilee — 4th Anniversary Edition
Limited to 100 pieces. Never restocking. Each shirt has its own number inside — the lower your number, the earlier you got here. An octopus in a top hat raising a toast is waiting for you.

And if your closet still doesn‘t have an ocean shirt…

🐢 Reef Rules is still here.
One of our most loved designs, ever. Still worth every penny — what are you waiting for?

Meet Frank. He's 88, and as his wife puts it — "Age has no part of this discussion."

Frank has been wearing Yiume shirts picked out by the love of his life, and from the looks of it, he's enjoying every single one. Last year they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. This year, he's still the best-dressed man on the porch in Round Top, TX.

"Love, love, love these shirts!"

We couldn't agree more, Frank. ❤️

If you have a Yiume story — big or small, young or 88 — this is your moment. 🌊

Join our July Giveaway, wear your shirt, post a photo, and tag #YiumeOnMe. 6 winners each get a $100 gift card. Frank would want you to enter. 😄

Left or right? AI or a real person?

We‘ve seen some of the recent reddit discussions about yiume from new customers, and it honestly broke our hearts a little 🤍

The fact that our AI model photos are causing people to doubt our products — that’s something we can‘t just scroll past. So here’s the truth:

· Every product photo on our site is 100% real. Always. AI is only used for some model display shots — and most of our bestsellers have real customer fit pics you can reference too.

· Every design comes from real, actual humans. We‘re constantly working with talented designers to bring you pieces that stop you mid-scroll. That will never change.

· We’ve also been filming detailed close-up videos — textures, fits, finishing — so you can really see what you‘re getting before you buy. Some are already live on our site.

The money we save on model shoots? It goes straight back to you — promos, deals, and more

Everything we do is so you can find something genuinely worth buying — not just another product lost in a sea of instagram ads.

A little story we’ve been wanting to share 🤍

A while back, one of our designers had a print that just wasn‘t selling well when it first launched. We didn’t think much of it — good design isn‘t about going viral overnight, it’s about being seen by the right people, eventually.

Her name is Diane Gosselin. The design is called “happy frog”.

Then her husband, Walter, reached out. He wanted to pay us to promote her shirt.

In all our years doing this, no one had ever asked us that before. He just believed his wife was incredibly talented, and he wanted more people to see her work.

We wouldn‘t take his money. Finding the right person for every piece of art — that’s just part of what we do.

We‘ve always believed that taste is personal — everyone who comes to Yiume finds something that feels like it was made for them. We’re not here to push what‘s trending. We’re a home for every soul who knows exactly what speaks to them.

We asked if they‘d be willing to share their story instead. Here’s part of what Diane wrote back:

“We‘ve been in love for 14 years now and married for 7. We met in school when we were around 15, but didn’t reconnect until we were in our 40s... Walter runs a pub by the water in the summer and drives trucks in the U.S. all winter. We discovered Hawaiian shirts on our honeymoon in Hawaii, and since then we‘ve been hooked on Yiume shirts.

I’d always dreamed of seeing a Yiume shirt featuring one of my own designs, and now that dream has come true!
The ‘Happy Frogs’ pattern was actually designed in the passenger seat of Walter‘s truck, crossing the U.S. from Quebec to Arizona.”

She works on paper, scans her drawings, paints in watercolor, and is now experimenting with linocuts too.

This is the part of Yiume people don’t always see — real artists, real stories, behind every print on a shirt you might just scroll past.

Swipe through for some of their photos 👇 including her daughter‘s boyfriend proudly wearing the Happy Frogs shirt 🐸
