WE’RE BACK AGAIN THIS SATURDAY!

Same time, but we’re changing things up a little this weekend!

This Saturday 17th October, we’re taking Move Club down to F45 Whangārei to be part of an awesome kaupapa, Mahi for Mental Health 💙

We’ve got the 7AM–8AM slot as part of their 24-hour ERG Challenge, where we’ll be jumping on the ergs, subbing in and out, and moving for a great cause

And to top it off, there’ll be a BBQ breakfast straight after

F45 Whangārei – 20 Vine Street
Saturday 17th October
7AM–8AM

Different location, different way of moving, but the same goal. Getting our community together, moving our bodies and supporting mental health.

Bring your whānau, bring your mates, come down and show your support. Whether you’re jumping on an erg or just coming along to support, everyone’s welcome!

Same kaupapa. Same community. Just moving for something bigger this weekend. 💙
