Favorite wellness practice - cacao ceremonies.

I have attended several cacao ceremonies, but first time attending one at @yoga_agora, and it was so memorable ✨

@audreycibel took me on a journey. Her cacao was incredibly yummy, and her guidance of prayer, journaling, mindful movement, sound healing, and overall ceremonial expertise was groundbreaking.

Can’t wait to attend the next one!

Words are powerful.
Singing in harmony is powerful.
This song has a special place in my heart.
I want to share it everywhere I go.
Thank you for singing with me.
May we continue to share our voices.
May we continue to share our light.

This teacher training was an incredible experience.
I’ve learned so much.
I will own a harmonium by the end of 2026.
That’s my vow to myself.

I AM WILLING by @hollynearofficial

“I am open. I am willing.
To be hopeless would seem so strange.
It dishonors those who go before us.
So lift me up to the light of change.”

Forgive me for missing a lyric.
“Come” should be “go”.
✊🏽❤️🙏🏽
