Helping women reconnect & radiate 🌺

This week a beautiful mumma to be emailed in to ask if she could attend a retreat while pregnant, which sparked a thought… why don’t we answer and breakdown some of our most talked about thoughts pre booking a retreat.

If there’s something that is still on your mind, comment below. All thoughts and questions are welcome.

To all our beautiful women who have been on retreat before… What’s one thing you wish you knew before booking your first retreat? Your answer might be exactly what another woman needs to hear before taking the leap.🤍 by @yogable.wellbeing

$We talk so much about the love we receive from others, the relationships that hurt us and the people who don’t show up for us. But what about the relationship we have with ourselves? The way you speak to yourself when you make a mistake. The way you continually put your own needs at the bottom of the list. The times you say yes when every part of you wants to say no. Or the way you offer everyone around you patience, understanding and compassion, but struggle to give yourself even a fraction of the same. Our heart energy isn’t just about the love we give and receive from others. It’s also about the love, care, compassion and respect we cultivate within ourselves. Nurturing your own heart doesn’t have to be complicated. It can look like speaking kindly to yourself, using positive affirmations, prioritising moments to and for yourself, allowing yourself to receive help, celebrating your own wins and making space for the things that make you feel connected, supported and loved. While we can’t control how others treat us, we do have a responsibility to how we show up for ourselves. ♡ Am I speaking to myself with the same kindness I offer the people I love? Where am I continually putting myself last, and what is that costing me? Am I allowing myself to receive the same love and support I so freely give to others? Your heart deserves to feel loved by you, too. I’d love to know, what’s one way you’re learning to show up for yourself a little more? Share it below. 🤍 With love, S xx by @yogable.wellbeing$

Its shaped by so much more than we realise.

Our childhood experiences, the environments we are in, the relationships we have, the conversations we avoid, the beliefs we carry and the way we speak to ourselves… all of these experiences and more can influence how we feel, think and show up in the world. And often, we don’t even realise the patterns we’ve been carrying, until something forces us too.

Our energy centres offer us another way to understand ourselves. The more we understand what shapes our energy, the more we can understand ourselves.

Save this energy cheat sheet.

And if you’re curious about exploring your own energy more deeply, comment ENERGY READING below and I’ll send you a DM.

Imagine how you would feel after four days of this…

No responsibilities. No cooking. No cleaning. No grocery shopping. No laundry. No meal planning. No rushing from one thing to the next. No constantly checking the time. No making decisions for everyone else. No being needed every five minutes. No emails. No work deadlines. No endless to-do list. No remembering what everyone else needs.

Four days of just truly being held by the most beautiful group of women you will ever meet.

Space to breathe. Space to reconnect. Space to come back to yourself. Because it’s not just a holiday. It’s the ultimate wellness reset, the kind your mind, body and spirit will never forget. And there’s ONE room left. Villa 5.

If you’ve been thinking “maybe next time…” this is your last chance to join us for our final Bloom into Balance retreat. All you have to do is comment below to claim your spot. 🤍 by @yogable.wellbeing

So many of us do anything to feel comfortable again. We distract ourselves, we push through, we numb it, we medicate for it. Anxiety, sadness, anger, fear, jealousy, restlessness, pain. We quickly label them as “bad feelings” and the moment they show up, we want them gone.

But underneath these emotions and times of discomfort there can be a need that hasn’t been met, a boundary that hasn’t been honoured, a truth that hasn’t been spoken, part of ourselves that needs our attention or a transformation.

This is why there is so much power in understanding our energy centres. When we stop resisting what we’re feeling and start becoming curious about what we’re holding, things shift, not because the discomfort never existed, but because we no longer feel the need to fight it, instead we encourage it.

So next time discomfort shows up, instead of asking, how do I make this stop try asking: What is this feeling trying to tell me? What do I need to feel supported while I move through it?

Tell me, are you someone who leans in or moves away?

There’s something so incredibly satisfying about ticking things off, and feeling like you’ve made progress. But so many of us have learnt to measure our days by what we achieved, completed or crossed off… rather than by how much happiness, enjoyment or freedom we felt.

But remember, we are beings of creation. We need to create, play, explore, express and experience joy to feel alive and connected to ourselves. Our energy isn’t only restored through rest, it’s revitalised through creation and joy.

Your sacral energy centre reminds us that life isn’t all about productivity. It’s about the things we do simply because they make us happy. The things that bring us back to ourselves, without needing to achieve anything at all.

One of my words for 2027 is joy. It’s one of the energy centres that has been calling out for my attention, and something I’m noticing in so many of the women I support too. Joy doesn’t always have to be something big. Sometimes it’s dancing in the kitchen, creating something with your hands, laughing with your children, getting outside, moving your body or doing something simply because it feels good.

So today, ask yourself: When was the last time I did something simply because it felt good? Where could I make a little more space for play, creativity or pleasure? And what would that outlet be?

Share your answer in the comments below. And if you’re curious about which energy centre might be calling for your attention, comment ENERGY READING below and I’ll send you a little DM.

How many times have you said, “I’m fine” when you really weren’t? Honestly for me too many times to count.

So many of us have become incredibly good at it. We say we’re fine because it’s easier, we don’t want to burden anyone, we simply don’t have the words yet, we arent ready to have the conversation that will follow and sometimes we genuinely don’t have the capacity to talk about it in that moment. But the feeling doesn’t simply disappear because we don’t say it, it attaches itself to your hips, your shoulders, your bladder, your throat, your thyroid.

Our Throat Energy Centre is connected to communication, truth and authentic expression. When we continually suppress what we feel, need or want to say, we can become so disconnected from our own voice and emotions.

I used to be so guilty of this. I’d say “I’m fine” when I was overwhelmed. I’d say “it’s okay” when it wasn’t. I’d convince myself I didn’t need anything because asking felt harder than just doing it myself. And then I’d wonder why I felt resentful, disconnected or emotionally exhausted.

I’ve learnt that expressing yourself doesn’t mean you have to say everything, to everyone, all the time. Yes sometimes it’s does mean having ‘that’ conversation but so many other times it means writing it down, it means taking a breath and sitting with and understanding what you are actually feeling. it’s just about finally taking the time to be honest with yourself, instead of dismissing that feeling entirely.

What have I been saying I’m “fine” about when I’m actually not? What would it feel like to give that feeling a voice?

Proud is an understatement! This project has been so much more than I ever envisioned, it’s healing, love, growth, connection and hope.

What started as a simple DM on Instagram, after I finally committed to myself and my energetics offering and started showing up here every Sunday. We went on to create 8 unique yoga and meditation practices, each exploring one of the energy centres, designed to give you a different way to learn, move, breathe, pause, and reconnect with yourself.

Creating them was a beautiful outlet in itself. Filming them… well, that was a different story. For 2.5 hours my body, voice, and mind didn’t stop.

And then I saw these photos. I know no one else sees them, but I saw the little mum bump and the places my body was restricted in poses that once felt easy. And then I watched the videos, I heard the stuff-ups. The mixed-up pose names. The lefts and rights. And I heard my laugh. The videographer asked do you want to edit those out. The perfectionist in me screamed yes, but I said no leave them in.

I am so incredibly proud because it’s not perfect. And it was never meant to be. I am human. This experience is human. And maybe that’s what I love most about all of this.

It is everything I hoped it could be and more for you, for me and for Loyal Crush.

A little reminder that you don’t need to be perfect to create something beautiful. You just need to be willing to show up, be seen and keep going.

8 practices. 7 energy centres. And it’s all FREE.

Maybe you’ve been the one holding everything together for so long, you’ve forgotten what it feels like to simply be held.

To be cared for and to have nothing expected of you.
Come let us hold you for a little while.

If you’ve been on retreat with us before… what’s the ONE thing you find yourself craving most when you think about coming back?

And for the women yet to join us, I can’t wait for you to experience being truly held. 🤍 Brooklyn & Sheriece xx by @yogable.wellbeing
