Our October Yin & Yoga Nidra honors spooky season. 💚

This class is virtual and meets the last Sunday of the month at 6pm MST (8pm EST).

We begin with a seated centering and then move through yin poses, taking time to feel into each posture. We take Savasana setup seriously, getting cosy with props and blankets and then I’ll guide you through Yoga Nidra.

It’s a relaxing evening and end to your weekend/start to the work week.

And, don’t worry, it’s not really scary. Melting heart pose and sphinx with frog legs are the spooky parts. 😉

I’m subbing our 90 minute yoga class @bhavayoga_abq this week! 🩷

I usually attend this class with @marisol_yoga_life and I’m excited to offer a practice working on strong legs, back engagement, core awareness and heart opening, with eka pada rajakapotasana as our peak pose. ✨

There will also be an option for some partner work.

And 90 minutes ensures we have a long savasana. 😌

Friday is my favorite day of the week! Doesn’t it just have a special energy? I invite you to spend part of your morning with us @bhavayoga_abq ✨
