Just sitting. Just breathing. Just trying to be present — sometimes, that itself is meditation. 🙏🕉️

Stick Yoga — more than just stretching. 🎋🧘‍♂️

Using a stick as a prop can bring a different dimension to the practice — helping explore balance, alignment, mobility, stability and deeper awareness of the body.

These clips take me back to a beautiful chapter from two years ago.
The people, the energy, the learning and the experience made it truly special.

Some places you work at. Some places become a part of your journey. 🙏

Some days are more than just a date — they remind you of where the journey began. 🕉️🙏

Today, being far from home and surrounded by a different culture and different temples, I found a familiar feeling of peace and gratitude.

God has given me this beautiful life, and every day is a gift. But somewhere, there was a day when this journey began — a day worth remembering.

New place, new experiences, new lessons… yet the same faith, the same gratitude, and the same feeling of being blessed.

A special day to pause, look back, and be thankful for how far I’ve come. 🌷🙏

Grateful for life. Grateful for the journey. Grateful for what is yet to come. ✨

Every student was a teacher.
Every class was a lesson.
Some places become more than just a workplace — they become a part of who you are. 🧘‍♂️✨

This studio was one of those places for me. I came here to teach, but along the way, I learned so much more — about yoga, teaching, people, patience, discipline, and most importantly, about myself.

The people, the students, the experiences, the challenges, and every class shaped me in ways I will always be grateful for.

Looking back after 2 years, these moments feel truly special. ❤️

Thank you to this place and everyone who was a part of that chapter of my life.

Some chapters end, but the lessons stay with us forever. 🙏 taken in Surat Gujarat by @yoginitant

INSTAGRAM VS. REALITY -

Just for the laugh, keeping things real here. Be skeptical what you see in here. Everyone falls and has struggles, even if you don't see it.
It's all about learning in your journey.
