Reflection question: What harvest are you reaping this year?

Maybe it’s the wild blackberries growing close by, or all the work you’ve put into your dreams and goals this year.

As we soak up the last of the summer sun, we’re grateful for all that nature provides in her growing season. by @yogitea

You don't have to fit in to belong.

This boldly complex blend of tropical fruity flavor with zesty spice is proof that belonging has nothing to do with similarity.

Inspired by Disney's Stitch, Tropical Spice's sweet, tart, and zesty blend of pineapple flavor, passionfruit flavor, and ginger brings the joyful warmth of Hawai'i alive—where 'ohana isn't just a word for family, it's a worldview of love and inclusion. 🍍

Active listening applies to your garden too.

“If you leave a section of your yard totally alone, see what nature does. Is nature trying to grow grasses there, or clovers there?”

Briana Buckles, Yogi’s Global Director of Sustainability, has a simple framework for how she ‘wilds’ her backyard.

The third step is listening to nature, and observing what wants to grow on it’s own.

In this series we’re looking at how we can support pollinators by letting our gardens and lawns grow wild. by @yogitea

🍯 To be unbothered is a beautiful thing.

Embrace simplicity and sweet, sweet slowness with Honey Chamomile, inspired by Disney's Winnie the Pooh.

This meditative blend brings together soothing and floral chamomile, caramel-like honeybush, and creamy vanilla to remind you that, in a world that asks us to prioritize being busy, sometimes doing nothing is something pretty extraordinary.

Harmful fertilizing chemicals? Not near our gardens.

“All of those chemicals are harmful to native plants, species and pollinators - the things that want to live there and create that wild environment.”

Briana Buckles, Yogi’s Global Director of Sustainability, has a simple framework for how she ‘wilds’ her backyard.

The second step is not using synthetic herbicides and pesticides on our lawns and in our gardens.

If you're having problems with pests, chances are nature already has a good solution. Rather than turning to chemical pesticides - do a little research and see which companion plants are best for deterring the pest you're struggling with. Marigolds, nasturtiums, chives, mint, lemongrass, basil and thyme are all examples of plants that are pretty good at deterring various different pests.

You can always ask for help from the beneficial insects by planting companion plants that attract them. When you invite them to your garden, you're also inviting them to feast on the pests you don't want.

"Or you can get ducks... their poop is great fertilizer. And they're great at managing pests."

🍒 Sweetness never goes out of style.

This fruity and cheerful blend invites you to wear your joy on your sleeve like it's your favorite accessory—just like Disney's Minnie Mouse.

Orange peels add a delightfully fresh zing; cherry flavor brings the rich fruitiness; and tart hibiscus adds natural color and playful twist.

Enjoy hot or cold—and definitely with pals. Sure to be a timeless icon in your tea cupboard.

Ducks as a side quest, anyone?

Briana, our Global Director of Sustainability, recently adopted a flock of backyard ducks. 🦆

They love to eat bits and bobs from the garden, including the tops of wild parsnips that grow amongst the herbs. taken in Eugene, Oregon by @yogitea

Au naturel is back in style. For lawns, that is.

“When we talk about wilding our gardens, the first thing we have to get rid of is the expectation to have a ‘perfectly’ manicured lawn.”

Briana Buckles, Yogi’s Global Director of Sustainability, has a simple framework for how she ‘wilds’ her backyard.

The first step is getting our expectations right.

In this series we’re looking at how we can support pollinators by letting our gardens and lawns grow wild.

Everyone, meet Briana 👋

A seasoned sustainability leader serving as our Global Director of Sustainability, she leads initiatives to advance regenerative agriculture and ethical sourcing across a complex, global ingredient network.

Her work focuses on improving supply chain transparency, supporting farmer partnerships, and scaling environmentally responsible practices across more than 40 countries.

Briana has played a key role in integrating sustainability into core business operations since the inception of Yogi's formal sustainability program in 2019, helping drive long-term value for both producers and consumers.

On any given day, you might find Briana travelling to meet our farmers around the world, deep in a spreadsheet or presentation at the office, doing a half-decent job of implementing regenerative practices in her own garden, or tending to her newly adopted flock of backyard ducks. by @yogitea

Did you see us at the Eugene Tea Festival?

We recently said hi to our neighbors in Eugene, Oregon, where we’ve been locally blending organic herbal teas since 1992.

It was wonderful to meet members of the community, share our tea and discuss our sustainable sourcing practices.

Thank you to everyone who dropped by to say hi, we’ll see you again next year! by @yogitea
