Dining at Atelier YOMO feels less like a formal meal and more like being welcomed into Chef Yomo-san’s private kitchen. 🍶✨

Nestled along Duxton Road, this Kappo atelier serves up an intimate counter-seat journey where every single course is prepared right in front of you.

Chef Yomo-san brings so much warmth and personality to the experience—whether he’s delicately plating fresh sashimi or hand-delivering his custom “YFC” takeout box. 🍗

𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒖:

🦀 Hokkaido Crab
Exceptionally sweet, plump, succulent & fully deskinned with zero shell fragments
🍣 Uni & Wagyu Tartare Toast
Toasted brioche with rich raw Wagyu & sea urchin
🦪 Fresh Oyster with Citrus Dashi Jelly
Bright, refreshing & beautifully balanced
🥩 Omi Beef Sukiyaki
Melt-in-your-mouth A5 Wagyu simmered counter-side with grilled tofu & shishito
🍗 YFC (Yomo Fried Chicken)
Chef’s playful signature fried chicken course served in a custom takeout box
🍚 Wagyu & Scallion Claypot Rice
A deep, savory Donabe course that ties the entire meal together
🍇 Handcrafted Shine Muscat Mochi
Light, sweet & made fresh to end the night

𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒊𝒕’𝒔 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒉 𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈:

• Ingredient Focus
Premium Omi Wagyu, seasonal Japanese seafood & pristine uni
• The Atmosphere
Interactive, intimate counter seating
• Pairing
Fantastic selection of sake and house-brewed umeshu to go with the courses 🥃

This is an experience that leaves a lasting impression.
