Do you know anyone who took part?

There were so many emotions from the day. ❤️

Now in its 13th year, the marathon route started and finished at the University of York, passing York Minster before heading into the countryside to Stamford Bridge and back through Murton in glorious sunshine. What a day it was!

One race for every pace. More than just a finish line.

An incredibly moving moment at the Yorkshire Marathon Relay, as two friends take on the Relay for the Sheffield Royal Society for the Blind, showing the power of friendship, determination and inclusion. 🏃‍♂️🤝

A reminder that running is about so much more than the miles, it’s about the people beside you, the barriers you break together, and the moments that stay with you long after the finish line.

This is what running is all about. ❤️ by @yorkshiremarathon

One race for every pace. However you took on the races today, how are you feeling now?

We caught up with runners after the marathon to hear it straight from them! The highs, the lows, the emotions and everything in between. ❤️ by @yorkshiremarathon
