Well I guess Indie Sleaze is cool again? I might’ve had a small part in that. 😅

“Secks Prone (2009 Version)” was recorded when I was 21 and somehow pulled around 40,464 views on YouTube before I took it down years ago because I was terrified it would become the only song anyone ever knew me for.

Now there’s enough music behind it that I’m not too worried about that anymore.

It’s loud, vulgar, ridiculous, a little reckless, and very much from another era.

Out today.

Finally found someone who understands the music industry. Unfortunately, he also works in the music industry. 😅

The Ruffle in the Leaves: Live at Silvana
Recorded live in Harlem on Father’s Day while the World Cup was happening, somebody outside was competing with the set through an open door, and I somehow ended up with a $230 parking ticket.

Check it out before AI learns how to copy something this raw. Out now.

Special Thanks 👉 @silvanaharlem

A 29-minute musical hotel stay, now available on cassette.

Hotel Mixtape is strange, short, and might come with a secret unlisted B-side track you can’t hear anywhere else.

Available now on Bandcamp.

Your Favorite Play – happy now? (Single Review) Rated “GOOD”

….. For now, “happy now?” is a good song with one significant weakness.

The lyrics and instrumentation show genuine potential, and the chorus is particularly successful, but the verses need more vocal refinement.

Improve that one aspect and the song could move from being an interesting indie rock track with flaws to a genuinely very good one......….

Some people fix the mistakes. I give them lore.

A little bit of noise left in intentionally.

Wrote this a couple days ago. Still memorizing the words, but this is the first time I’ve played it for anyone. Testing it out here with you - what do you think?

Momentum, apparently. I have no idea what comes next, so naturally I consulted the imaginary men living in my office.
