IT’S HERE.

Complimentary 20 min mini naturopathy consults for our community members ♥️

What you get:
A focused, one-on-one video call with Emily to talk through what’s going on with your skin, gut or stress — and walk away with 2–3 simple, doable next steps.

Why:
It’s hard enough having a dramatic body, let alone spending lots of money on specialists, supplements, and the rest. I spent 10+ years trying to get to the bottom of my symptoms.

It wasn’t until I saw a naturopath — who took the time to look at my bloods, ask about my history, and run additional tests, that I finally worked out why I was constantly inflamed.

How?
Spend $100 in the last 30 days on yoursonly.com, and comment CONSULT. We’ll DM. You the link with the deets.

Everything I do is for this community.

If you’re new here, hi! I’m @ashlitempler ❤️ I started dreaming up Yours Only in 2018 as I was a customer who needed this product.

After being diagnosed with a salicylate intolerance in 2018, I decided to make a range of skin + haircare that didn’t contain many of the common allergens, so people with sensitive skin and allergies had options.

I was really sick of missing out on fun, but effective skincare - ie: body oils that contained nut oils would leave me with hives.

Since launching in 2020, Yours Only has turned into a whole range of multi-use products, designed with sensitive and eczema-prone skin in mind. We create custom formulas that do multiple things to simplify your life (coz who has the time?).

Through this, we’ve built a huge community of friends with sensitive skin. It’s the best part of the job and got me through a tough time in my life.

Now? Since falling pregnant in 2023, a lot of my intolerances have gone away. I still have some allergies, but I can finally eat out, try different makeup, and live a pretty normal life.

We are fully self-funded which has been amazing, but means we’re competing with household names (aka: big budgets!). If you wanna be apart of the community, say hi! And spread the word about Yours Only - every mention counts.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Your bathroom’s overcomplicating things. Break up with anything that’s fragranced, has too many ingredients, or only does one thing. Multi-use products make bathrooms neat, and cute, and your skin happy. x by @yoursonly

Controversial things I did for (b)itchy skin.

From cutting out fruit to swapping public bathroom soap for my own, some of these felt extreme at the time, but they helped me figure out what my skin actually needed 🤍 Ash x by @yoursonly

Stressed? Don’t skip breakfast. Make these instead

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day for a reason - skipping it can send your blood sugar on a rollercoaster, leaving you feeling more shaky and on edge, especially if you’re replacing it with coffee.

I love prepping these sweet potato crusted quiches on a Sunday for the week 🤍

What a high stress year did to our founder’s skin

A warehouse fire, a hospital stay with salmonella, and only seven foods she could eat. Her body was in fight or flight mode and her skin showed it.

Now she’s on top of her intolerances, has a strong support system, her health is in a much better place and her skin has followed.

Stress can weaken your skin barrier, ramp up inflammation and disrupt your sleep so it often shows up on your skin first.

Has stress ever shown up on your skin? Tell us below 🤍 by @yoursonly

A naturopath’s day on a plate: healthy hair edition 🤍

Here are the key nutrients I focus on for healthy hair:
— Protein with every meal, since hair is mostly made of up a protein called keratin
— Omega’3s for a healthy scalp
— Iron and zinc to support hair growth
— Vitamin C to help absorb iron from plant foods
— Vitamin A from orange veggies to help your scalp make it’s natural oils

And here’s what it looks like on my plate:
— Breakfast: eggs for protein and biotin, pumpkin for vitamin A, silverbeet and parsley for plant based iron and vitamin C
— Lunch: sardines for omega-3s and protein, with white beans for extra iron and zinc
— Snack: a collagen bar for a high protein snack plus an apple
— Dinner: chicken for protein and zinc, avo for healthy fats, black sesame seeds for zinc and copper

This is just an example of what hair-supporting meals can look like, and what works for me. Everyone’s different, so take this as inspiration rather than a meal plan 🤍

Flare Friday 🤍

Every week we share a health story from our community so you never feel alone. They may not always use Yours Only products, but they’re surrounded by others in the same boat, and that’s what this community is all about.

Meet our friend, Caitlyn. She lives in Melbourne and works as a retail supervisor. On her days off, you’ll find her with her partner and family, exploring local markets, heading to the beach, playing Monopoly Deal or curled up with a movie.

This is her story: Caitlyn was recently diagnosed with endometriosis, a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside it, causing pain and inflammation. It took 10 years of advocating for herself before she finally had a laparoscopy, a keyhole surgery used to diagnose endo, and received answers.

Alongside painful periods, she lives with daily pelvic and gut pain, bloating and inflammation. She’s also developed dermatitis, so when her body flares, she feels it internally and sees it on her skin too. Living with symptoms that affect her physically and emotionally is exhausting, especially when the pain isn’t always visible to others.

She wishes more people understood that endometriosis is so much more than just painful periods. Just because someone looks fine on the outside doesn’t mean they aren’t struggling on the inside. It can affect everything from work to social plans to simply getting out of bed.

Her advice to others going through it: keep advocating for yourself, even when it feels like no one is listening. Give yourself permission to rest, put on your favourite comfort show and find little things that bring you joy. Talk to your loved ones and let your emotions out x by @yoursonly
