Our kimchi is made in-house using a traditional Korean recipe. 🌶️

London 📍 my favourite bao in London 🔥 @yum_bun (ad)

I’ve been to Yum Bun a few times now and have always highly rated their veggie options. If you’re a tofu appreciator (and even if you’re not) you neeed to order their thicc slab of crispy tofu bun, and the katsu aubergine is equally as satisfying to bite into. One bun for £6 or two fof £11.50 felt very reasonable given how filling they are and the Covent Garden adjacent location.

I’m not a mayo super fan but their black bean mayo is the most moreish sauce I have ever dipped a chip into 🥵

I also tried their lychee drink which was a great shade of purple and very drinkable 💜

We went to the Seven Dials location and I have also been to their Spitalfields Market location historically. This was a fun vibe for a Saturday eve, although I did quieten down earlier than I expected 🪩

I will be back to satisfy my black bean mayo cravings ❤️‍🔥
