なに?!

How silly of us to have never posted our Rules & Policies! 😱

☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️

Yumei Café strives to be a welcoming environment for Otaku of all ages, races and identities. Please take a moment to read our rules & policies:

1) No touching the maids or other guests without verbal consent. Failure to abide by this rule will result in immediate ejection from the cafe and/or store.

2) Harassment, bullying or hate speech of any sort is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated within the cafe or store. Failure to abide by this rule will result in immediate ejection from the cafe and/or store.

3) In-store cafe’s are required to abide by the rules of the mall; this means all patrons must dress appropriately at all times or they may be asked to cover up and/or leave. Exceptions are made for convention cafe’s.

4) Everyone seated must purchase the same-tier cafe bundle otherwise everyone will either be exempt from the cafe experience or subjected to the lowest tier purchased.

5) Cosplay is not consent! Ask consent before filming/photographing anyone in the cafe, maids included. Properly disclose your content idea while asking for consent.

6) Photos with our maids are part of the Maid Cafe bundles but can be purchased separately for an additional fee.

7) Yumei Cafe & affiliations are PG-13, family friendly environments. This is to ensure that we are able to welcome everyone and anyone into our space.

8) Be kind! It takes a lot of hard work to put together these events and train for these performances; we are only human at the end of the day.

9) Have fun! These events are supposed to be fun-filled and lighthearted. Nothing is more “cringe” than refusing to enjoy yourself.

Meet Howl: a bit of a wolf hybrid that got isekai’d into this world by sheer accident! She loves anime and is fascinated by history which has lead to her having some magic tricks up her sleeve! She also has a twin brother with the same interests but he’s more- refined. At least that’s what people say- we’ve never seen them in the same room for fair comparison… おもしろいね

Meet our Calico Cat Maid: Lumi! She is a combination of bubbly and sweet! She would love to talk to you about anime, cosplay, and video games! But don’t let her deceive you, she can be sassy and smug, especially when it comes to competitive games. She is a cat after all! She remains consistently curious and is very interested to learn about you, despite her “history” with curiosity. She’s so excited to meet you! 猫ちゃん
