26.2 Miles of Pain actually proved to me what I can do, I’d rather run in pain than sit comfortably. Nobody can take this accomplishment from me because on that course it is only YOU VS YOU! nobody is coming to save you unless you wanna save yourself- Thank You Shamrock Marathon 2026🍀🫱🏾‍🫲🏼

Crawlin’ Crab ‘26 🦀

This was my first long distance race since I did the Shamrock Full. Yes I trained for it & was definitely more prepared than I was for Shamrock. I originally wanted to be with the 1:35 pace group but got scared and decided to go with 1:45 pace group. I only got 3 hours of sleep the night before, ran the 1/2 with a cold, & it was raining out there to top it off. I FINISHED WITH A SUB 1:40👏🏾 NEVER DOUBT OR SET LOW STANDARDS FOR ANYTHING YOU DO IN LIFE! 2 Timothy 1:7 - *For God has not given me the spirit of fear, but of POWER!*

If it wasn’t for all the spectators, support, & my close friends I really don’t know how I could’ve finished this half! Thank you to everyone who risked getting sick standing in the rain with signs, posters, and their energy to see me and my guys cross that finish line🫂 NEXT HALF WE GOING SUB 1:30 :)

On my last note.. KASH RAN HIS FIRST RACE!!! He did the kids 1 miler and ran the whole thing by himself👏🏾 Im so proud of him, as parent to see your child grow up in front of you makes you get teary eyed because he is doing big boy things now🥲 & if yall think I got speed.. just wait till kash actually lock in lol

“Anniversary Race”

Today marks a year exactly since I ran my FIRST RACE EVER!! The progression is unbelievable who would’ve thought a year later I would be cutting my finish time by 8 minutes & would be wearing RUNNING ETC gear due to me being an ambassador. This is more than an outlet for me, it’s a lifestyle. More Blessings otw🙏🏾🏆
