Nothing fires me up more than helping someone discover what they can build with AI ✨

Yesterday, I hosted a workshop at my office teaching business owners and marketers how to use Claude Code to build AI agents.

People walked away with a working setup for having Claude edit their videos and a workflow for building their own marketing AI agent. They left with tools they could start using in their businesses right away.

That’s what makes teaching this so rewarding for me. I love helping people take something that feels overwhelming and build the confidence to say, “I can do this.”

AI is changing quickly, and I know keeping up can feel like a full-time job. But you don’t have to learn everything at once. Giving yourself time to explore, ask questions, and try something new can open up possibilities you hadn’t considered.

The human connection makes these workshops even better. When people share their experiences, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute their ideas, we all learn more. I always leave feeling inspired by the people in the room. 💛

I’m hosting more workshops across the Valley to help business owners and marketers build their own team of AI agents, and I’m offering these trainings for free for a limited time.

If you’d like me to lead a workshop for your team, send me a DM so we can talk about what would be most useful for your business.

If you’d like yesterday’s presentation, including the Claude prompts, tools, and workflows, DM me “AIAgents26” and I’ll send it over.

You can also sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of marketingfems.com to always hear about these upcoming workshops.

I’m excited to keep learning, building, and helping more people see what’s possible. 🚀 by @yurybencomo

If you’re a marketer in Phoenix who has wanted to start a social media freelance business or agency, this is for you…👇

Next week, I’m hosting an in-person workshop where I’ll walk you through how to actually set up and run a profitable social media business.

I see so many talented women 💖 who are great at the creative side of social media but get stuck on the business systems. This is a live, hands-on session where we’re going to cover:

✨ Market yourself online using social media in a way that attracts the right clients

✨ How to host client discovery calls that actually convert, without feeling salesy or awkward

✨ Use a proven client workflow that sets expectations clearly and builds long-term relationships

✨ Understand the basics of setting up a targeted Facebook ad to support visibility and lead generation

✨ Implement a reliable process for getting paid on time, every time

If 2026 is the year you want to start making some meaningful freelance income, you don’t want to miss this.

You’ll leave the workshop with some really useful plug-and-play templates that you can implement right away.

If you spend any time on social media, you’ve probably noticed that we’re all starting to sound the same.

And yep, we can thank ChatGPT for that.

Everyone (marketers included) is using ChatGPT to write their captions, and the result online is whole lot of copy that sounds like it was written by the same person. On repeat. 🤖

I’ve actually stopped using ChatGPT to write my captions.

If you want to stand out as a social media manager or marketer, outsourcing your voice to AI isn’t the move. Do that long enough and not only will you sound like everyone else, you’ll start relying on it way too much.

I see writing without ChatGPT as extra reps for my copywriting skills. Like going to the gym… but for words.

That said, I’m not anti-ChatGPT. After I write something, I’ll use it to polish. And if ChatGPT gives me something good, I never copy-paste the whole thing. I might steal a sentence here, a word there, and piece it together in my own way.

If you want to avoid becoming dependent on ChatGPT for every caption, here’s what I recommend:

✨ Brain dump first. Open a doc and write exactly what’s on your mind. Don’t overthink it.
✨ Then go back and tweak it so it actually sounds like you.
✨ Lastly, paste it into ChatGPT and ask for improvements. But don’t just copy what it spits out. Use it as inspiration only.

And one more thing: avoid those overused ChatGPT phrases like “It’s not this. It’s that”. Yes, they’re everywhere. And yes, they’re becoming “normal.”

But… why would you want to sound like everyone else? 😌 by @yurybencomo

You can safely remove hashtags from your social strategy 🙌

They used to help with discovery, but not as much now that search is driven mostly by:
- AI pattern recognition
- watch time + engagement signals

Which means those extra few minutes you spend researching or deciding on hashtags are better spent improving your content.

Your words matter more than your tags now.
