Kicking off our 26-27 season coaches rollout with our incredible directors—say hello to Matt Kearns and Zack Kallas!

Matt Kearns returns for his third season as Club Director and 16 Red Head Coach! Matt assisted the Hoosiers to their best season in program history in 2025 and looks to continue to bring his talents for player development to BTown for the 26-27 season.

Zack Kallas returns to BTown as a Head Coach and newly appointed Club Director! Zack will Head Coach both the 12 and 15 Red teams.

If you would have told this little boy all those years ago that one day he’d be working for a Division I volleyball program in the sport he has always loved, I don’t think he would’ve believed you for a second, and yet here I am. This program has shaped me in ways I’ll carry for the rest of my life. From long days in the gym to late nights on the road, from the grind that no one sees to moments I’ll never forget, including a Sweet 16 run that still feels surreal, every experience helped mold me into the man I am today. I’ve grown so much as a person because of this program. The friendships I’ve made, the lessons I’ve learned, and the culture that was built here will always stick with me. Indiana Volleyball will always be home, and I’ll forever be grateful for everything it has provided me. First time to the west coast, first Disney park, and so many other firsts. Thank you for everything IUVB, once a Hoosier, always a Hoosier by @zackallas
