It’s been a heck of a summer in real estate. In the last 6-months I’ve been fortunate enough to close $8 million dollars in transactions in north county. I never could have imagined saying that a few years back. The latest was a contingent buy and sell — which was doubly hard to navigate — where we managed to get top dollar for my client’s home in Cardiff, while also acquiring their dream replacement in Del Mar for $50k under its appraised value at the same time. Here’s a raw, 3-minute highlight reel from last year in Indo. This was (mostly) all shot while I was showing @benji_lange_, @kyanorourke, @silas_milller and @gabegriffin_10 around Bali while they were filming with @ivantanjung. I’m forever grateful to Ivan for pointing his camera my way. I never dreamed I’d be getting better waves and clips at 40 than I did when I was 20 and I had stickers on my board! A few favorites from a wonderful stay with @dylansretreatsimeulue. Out before dawn everyday, @chrisropero, @bennyboosh, @philgoodrichart and I covered over 600 km on the motorbikes in 10 days, and surfed alone most of the time. Many thanks to Phil for leading the way down the paths less traveled (and to the slabs less surfed). This is what a surf trip is all about. by @zandermorton

There’s nothing quite like your first trip to desert point. So when @ivantanjung offered to drive @benji_lange_ and @gabegriffin_10 over from Bali, I had to jump in the car. One broken overnight ferry and 14 hours later we pulled up to this. We can’t thank Ivan enough for being down for the mission. Pretty sure Benji and Gabe’s minds are blown.
