I had just gone for a surf at this spot prior to taking this shot. You won’t find any surf guides nearby, but I still managed to get a VIP tour of the shallow reef after taking off on a heavy closeout 🪸 by @zanemiller95

One of my favorite things to do while traveling is take a stroll around where I’m staying about an hour before sunset and people watch.

What does daily life look like here? How do people relate to one another? What are the little moments that make Costa Rica feel like Costa Rica?

The sound of the morning tide pushing in woke me up about an hour before sunrise. My phone died days ago, so no alarm was necessary.
