My pals found their way to the Lights by the Lake at Chinese Garden and we made them into own little Mid-Autumn adventure! 🐾🏮

Sunday sparkle, minus the alcohol @thesparklingt ✨🥂

I’ve been enjoying The Sparkling T., a 0% alcohol, cold-brewed sparkling tea that feels a little more special than my usual drink.

🍃 ALBA
Cold-brewed green tea with citrus and jasmine. Light, refreshing and crisp with a lovely sparkle.

🌹 ROSALIA
Cold-brewed rosé sparkling tea with herbal tea, hibiscus and white tea. More floral and fruity, with a delicate rosé character.

I paired with crispy seaweed snacks, and it turned out to be such a nice pairing. The bubbles make it feel celebratory, but I can enjoy it without the alcohol.

If you’re looking to try the 0% range, it’s currently available online via RedMart by Lazada, FairPrice and Culina. The 5% range is available at FairPrice physical stores.

Did you know there’s a part of Korea known as the “Kitchen of Korea”? 👀🇰🇷

It’s Jeonnam & Gwangju, where the region’s geography, climate and abundance of local produce have shaped its food culture for generations.

Now, you can discover some of these regional specialities right here in Singapore at the Korean Regional Specialities Pop-Up at Isetan Scotts’ Confectionery Fair.

What caught my attention was the focus on pesticide-free agricultural and fishery products, along with a selection of gluten-free and lighter snack options.

Had such an enjoyable time at JINJJA!! @jinjjachicken Everything we ordered somehow kept getting better and spicier!

Go Beyond Borders as they incorporate Korean Flavours with Indonesian Flavours. I must say my spicy level is on the low side now that I have eaten them all.

Here’s what we tried:
🍟 Rendang Bulgogi Beef Loaded Fries
🍗 K-Boneless Chicken with Belado Sauce + Snow Cheese Fries
🍚 Belado K-Boneless Chicken with Coconut Rice + Kimchi + Onion Rings
🍜 Jjampong Stew (Mild Spicy) with Vermicelli + Snow Cheese Fries
🍕 Carbonara Pizza
🥤 Yuzu Soda, Peach Sparkling Ade & Jeju Ocean Breeze

The Belado chicken with coconut rice was such a satisfying combo, that spicy taste and the coconut rice has to be one of the staples, we love it. The Jjampong stew had that comforting spicy kick without being too much for me. Did you see my runny egg sips onto my carbonara pizza? That oozing satisfaction ~

Good food, good company, happy tummy. 💕
