Nothing is ever still. At the quantum scale, even a vacuum fluctuate. Below the threshold of perception, every apparent equilibrium is a process caught mid-transition: pressure gradients equalising, charge accumulating, phase states dissolving into one another. Within this restlessness, light forms drift and gather without a fixed path, each one frequency held briefly as shape, dissolving and reassembling as the signal running through it shifts.

Weather becomes atmosphere as instrument, a continuous transduction of energy into form. Rainfall is rebuilt from voltage, currents shaped by hand until they fall like water. Elsewhere, sound is drawn from a deeper indeterminacy, not simulated chance, but uncertainty native to matter itself, collapsing into sound only in the act of listening. Storm and calm read here as the same turbulence at different resolutions. The performance renders that instability audible, visible, and for a moment, shared.

LIVE AV — TDBKK VOL. 2

Ployz x Matthias bring a live AV set to TDBKK Vol. 2.

Ployz is a Berlin-based multimedia artist dedicated to exploring the nexus of art and technology. Merging generative processes, interactivity, and digital aesthetics, her work creates visually captivating, thought-provoking experiences. Her work and live performances have been featured internationally, ranging from the Chasing Waterfalls AI Opera in Dresden and Hong Kong to music festivals and exhibitions worldwide. She is also co-founder of Zdepth, a Berlin-based creative studio producing immersive installations and audiovisual experiences across art and technology.

Matthias Jung is a musician, media designer, and researcher working at the intersection of instrumental performance, composition, and interactive media design. Trained in percussion, his practice expanded into music production, sound design, and technology-driven artistic work. He holds degrees from the University of Paderborn, ETI Detmold, and Stuttgart Media University, and completed his PhD in Popular Music Performance at the University of Agder, researching performative co-creation and intelligent music performance systems. Alongside this, he’s worked in music education and cultural production, including with Berlin‘s State Academy of Music and Most Wanted: Music.

TouchDesigner Bangkok Meetup vol. 2 is officially back!

The energy of TDBKK 2025 is still fresh in our minds. Seeing our community fill the room for a sold-out debut while sharing the raw energy of live performances and deep-process talks, proved how much this ecosystem is ready to grow.

Let’s gather again to build on that vibe. This year, we continue our @touchdesigner community journey under the theme: “Shaping Creative Technology Culture in Southeast Asia”

What is TDBKK? We are a community-driven platform for real-time media and creative technology, our community designed for artists, designers, and technologists to connect, share processes, and experiment together. Our mission is to strengthen the regional ecosystem through hands-on learning, consistent gatherings, and a two-way bridge to the global creative-tech scene.
