▪️Audio Field Monitor

Back in creative mode, finally. Been exploring image sonification in #TouchDesigner an LFO ramp scans pixels as a wavetable, blended with an oscillator and shaped through VST effects. That audio then drives POP particles by low, mid and high bands, while tracking RMS, spectrum and motion data. In fact, the image makes the sound, and the sound moves the particles as one closed loop. Thanks to @alaghast for the workflow and inspiration.

A live audiovisual at TDBKK | Bangkok Kunsthalle

The performance exploring instability as a condition of matter itself. Nothing is ever still: even a vacuum fluctuates. Weather becomes an instrument, rainfall rebuilt from voltage and sound drawn from the uncertainty native to matter. The work renders the restlessness beneath perception that becomes audible, visible, and for a moment, shared.
