Double burger from a couple weeks ago. Ribeye and dry-aged strip. Meant to be eaten rare to calm the richness of the fatty blend. Seared over binchotan. Irish cheddar, mayo, pickle. Will definitely have this one again soon. by @zeebos__

Some of the best food in Long Beach isn’t coming from a giant restaurant... it’s coming out of a kitchen run by two brothers obsessed with getting every detail right.
The ribeye tacos are loaded with perfectly cooked steak, the Philly cheesesteak gets a kick from long hot peppers, and the burgers? They’re built from dry-aged beef trimmings that pack an unbelievable amount of flavor into every bite.
Then there are the fries. These aren’t an afterthought. They’re the result of a 48-hour process that delivers the kind of crispy-outside, fluffy-inside fries every burger deserves.
It’s thoughtful food without the attitude, and every item feels like it was built by people who genuinely care about what lands on your tray.
