Sound Healing and Energy Healing combined, can help clear your energetic and emotional fields with a combination of guided meditation, breathwork, sound healing + hands-on energy healing and finish your session with powerful affirmations.

This helps to shift past traumas that have been held in the body's energetic memory field. If left untreated, these can manifest as emotional imbalances, dis-ease or even pain.

Working with the energy centres, this modality called, SoulNar, helps to gently shift you energetically - leaving you feeling truly relaxed, uplifted and renewed.

Sound healing promotes relaxation, boosts mood and sleep, assists with anxiety, fatigue, depression, eases physical pain, reduces mental stress and has been known to improve the quality of life and general wellbeing.

In your deep relaxation session, your practitioner will use some powerful sound healing instruments tuned to the frequency of the heart.

This is where the healing power is.

Treat yourself or a loved one to a session.

Book online at zeninn.space or visit the link in my bio or simply send me a DM message.

Time for you to feel your inner zen. 🌿

A gentle invitation to slow down.

45 minutes of dedicated care for your Head, Neck + Shoulders Ritual with optional facial massage. A deeply restorative ritual designed to ease tension where stress and the demands of everyday life often settle.

Using slow, intuitive massage, this treatment encourages relaxation, healthy circulation and lymphatic flow while helping to soothe headaches, jaw tightness, tired eyes, and neck and shoulder tension.

As the treatment flows into a nurturing scalp massage, gentle movements support healthy blood circulation to the scalp, helping melt away mental fatigue and inviting a deep sense of calm.

Leave feeling lighter, clear-headed and beautifully restored.

Visit my bio or @handworkstudio_ to book.

Healing starts from within. When you invest in yourself, the journey and connection to receive healing transformations with oneness only expands. Self expansion is growth. Growth is transitional. Transition welcomes momentum. Momentum let's go of the inner ego and allows universal energy to show you the next right step for your higher self.

Create.. trust.. and believe in your own greatness.

You always have more than one path. Branch out from your roots and co-create your true inner peace.

You hold the power.

Less doom scrolling. More deep rest. 🌿🧡

Some of the most powerful healing happens when we simply allow ourselves to pause..

If your mind has been full and your body has been carrying more than usual, this Sunday is an invitation to slow down. Through alchemy crystal singing bowls, guided meditation and Reiki, you'll be held in a space of deep rest, allowing your nervous system to soften and your body to receive.

Whether it's your first sound healing or your fiftieth, you're warmly welcome.
