A gentle invitation to slow down.

45 minutes of dedicated care for your Head, Neck + Shoulders Ritual with optional facial massage. A deeply restorative ritual designed to ease tension where stress and the demands of everyday life often settle.

Using slow, intuitive massage, this treatment encourages relaxation, healthy circulation and lymphatic flow while helping to soothe headaches, jaw tightness, tired eyes, and neck and shoulder tension.

As the treatment flows into a nurturing scalp massage, gentle movements support healthy blood circulation to the scalp, helping melt away mental fatigue and inviting a deep sense of calm.

Leave feeling lighter, clear-headed and beautifully restored.

Wow.. What a deep honour to be part of this creation 🤍

This was my first ever offering—an experience that wove the wisdom of carpentry into a sacred box-making journey, cohosted with the beautiful Julie from zeninn, who facilitated a sound healing immersion and attunement with self.
It truly was so special.

During the woodworking, I experienced a moment of stillness that deeply softened my heart. Witnessing these beautiful humans, immersed in their craft, I felt into one of my guiding intentions for this offering: to facilitate connection and depth-with oneself, with spirit, and with one another. Sitting back, I watched magic unfold as everyone became present with what was, in joy and laughter.. in presence. It all just felt so right.

I want to express deep gratitude to all the beautiful souls who attended-thank you for showing up in your full, authentic expression. Thank you to those who encouraged me to put myself out there and create this sacred space, to Julie for your warmth and guidance, and to myself for the courage to follow what felt alive in my heart.

I feel inspired and humbled from this experience, but this here is the beginning of something new. I have plans in the works for future events, all bringing different flavours. But all with the intention to create community, belonging and connection in forms that welcomes authentic expression and joy.

Thank you
Thank you
Thank you
So much love,
Gemma 🤎
