Opening Night! 🎥✨

What a wild ride.

Just one month ago, @zeustopher was telling us about his dream for @thedrivein.gv . We broke ground on May 29th, and just one week later, we opened our doors.

This project would never have come to life without our incredible team, @fancy.grl24 and @brutalistmaximist , along with the 30–40 volunteers who generously gave their time, resources, skills, and hard work to make it happen.

What makes this so special is that it truly was a community effort—which is fitting, because community was one of the core ideas behind creating this space.

The Drive-In is about bringing people together. It’s about putting down our phones, connecting with one another, and stepping into a time and place many of us remember—and are still trying to recapture.

We can’t wait for more nights like this all summer long, and hopefully for many years to come.

I love you, Zeus, Allie, and Violet. ❤️

I know this is just the beginning of the rest of our lives. 🫶 taken in Grass Valley, California by @zeustopher

I was asked this year by my Dear Friend @brianherman1111 to caretake his creation #EnsoTheHovercraft, his incredible art car which has seen almost 20 years @burningman. This week after his ascension I decided to take her winter cover off, clean her up and move her fluids and pour some love into her. We took her on a little stroll on our property down to the creek. Big B was with us, smiling down. Watching her continue to spread the love and joy that he built her with. I once asked Big B if Enzo was a boy or a girl and he promptly pointed out that Enzo is fluid. He’s Both, She is Love. Beyond Grateful to be able to sit with, care for and harbor such an epic piece of Art, Love, and Passion from such an Epic Human. #bigb #drbrainherman #enzo #burningman by @zeustopher

Words cannot express the void felt. Big B you were an absolute force. You were a teacher, a doctor, a surgeon, a king, a father, a friend, a leader and a pillar and so much more. It’s far from fair. All those years you spent helplessly saving others but we couldn’t save you. You lived a life most people dream of, you saw the world, you were respected by everyone who ever met you or even heard your name. So many amazing memories through the years with you all over the country and world. Thank you isn’t adequate but it’s a good place to start. I’m so grateful I was able to come down and see you last week. I wish I had known it would be goodbye. Love you to the moon and beyond. You always called me your adopted son, and every time I heard you say that I felt so loved. See you again one day Papa.

You lived hard…

“And it was good.”

Pup Appreciation Post! Happy Birthday Tai!!!!

My good boy Tai turned 6 years old today! What a crazy time it has been with you. So freaking brilliant, so calm and cool. Always down to chill. Not a snuggler, but a total lover. You have quickly become my favorite spirit here on earth, and in many ways, saved me. Thanks for being my good boy. by @zeustopher
