1 week ago we had to say Goodbye to our Sweet baby Kira. This has taken us both by surprise.
In the 2.5 short years we had her in our lives, she made a huge impact. She taught us patience, unconditional love, how to face your fears, do everything with an attitude, and to always have fun.
Since finding her on the side of the road in Burbank, CA both her life and our life changed forever.
Kira has done more in the last 2.5 years than most people will do in their life. She gone to 13 National Parks, and too many state parks, dogs parks to count. She absolutely loved the water. She decided to hide the fact she loved to swim until the last 3 months of her life. She traveled across the country twice! She has seen Bison and Cows, both of which she was not a fan of.
We made the mistake in teaching her how to use buttons to tell us what she wanted. We never heard the end of the "Play" button.
The only thing she loved more than @godzilla_wisperer and I, was hunting. Anytime she could she would hunt for Lizards. She got a few too.
If you met her, thank you for being part of her life, you brought as much joy to her life and she did yours.
I love you Mama! you are truly missed.
