Roger Russell has over a decade of industry experience, known for his work on Netflix's "Bridgerton" Seasons 3 and 4, where he excelled as Ladder Scheme Cinematographer and 2nd Unit DP. Co-founder of Beef Films, he collaborates on film, TV, and music videos. Recently, he served as a camera operator on Julia Roberts' "After The Hunt," directed by Luca Guadagnino. Roger's versatile skill set, passion for visual storytelling, and dedication to excellence make him a standout professional in the industry. Wayne "Zippy" Louis is a film producer and director who specialises in creating content for commercial clients and community organisations. With a passion for creative media as a tool for societal development, Zippy blends creativity and imagination to craft compelling stories. Experienced in producing short films and branded content for high-profile clients across various platforms, Zippy excels in scripting, directing, editing, and motion graphics. Their award-winning work has been featured at the UK Offline Web Fest, the British Urban Film Festival, and screened at the Odeon Swiss Cottage and Channel 4. Throughout the project both Roger and Zippy will be working as mentors with teams of young people who have an active interest and ambition in the film and TV industry.
