welcome beautiful people ॐ im alex

This practice found me at a low. As I flowed and healed I realized I wanted to share the experience with others. I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training and fell in love with yoga for a second time.

I believe in yoga that focuses on the inner outcome over the outer image.

For 9 years I trained as a pre-professional ballerina, and I use that musicality and mindbody connection to guide my sequencing.

Flowing in the salt flats

Yoga is the reason I say yes to so many things. This summer, that was living in my ford escape and driving across the country. @alex.zisa

I’m very excited to start finding a yoga community once I’m settled back in one place

To everyone who has been a part of this journey emotional or physical, thank you 🤍
