LONDON MARATHON 2026! 4.14! Hugged every single person along the way that came the cheer me on! LOVED IT. Ran my long red LEGS OFF! WHAT AN INSANE DAY

I LOVE LONDON. THE BEST CITY EVERY!!!! Every single person on that track was running for someone so special and the stories were so inspiring!!! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

I told you Part 2 was coming…
Panel 2 was hosted by @marcusrwatson Chairman and Co-Founder of Adoreum Partners, connecting over 35,000 high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs globally. An investor, founder and UNICEF advisor who uses business as a force for positive impact. The perfect host for a conversation about resilience and disruption.
And the panel he led? I genuinely wasn’t prepared.
Barry Smith co-founder of @skyscanner told a room full of entrepreneurs that the secret to building something extraordinary is knowing you can’t do it alone. Piers Linney reminded us that disruption isn’t something that happens to you it’s the arena you learn to compete in. And @timcampbell_mbe MBE the first ever Apprentice winner, now Lord Sugar’s trusted advisor brought an energy that made every single person in that room sit up straighter.
Then the evening happened.
Woodland Fire Feast under the open sky. Live music from Loie as the sun went down. @russellhickss making us cry laughing. Nightcap until midnight.

We closed with Panel 3 Performance Under Pressure hosted by Simon Morris. Co-founder of LOVEFiLM, the foundation of Amazon Prime Video. Over a decade as Amazon’s Chief Creative Officer. Behind the Alexa Super Bowl spot. A man who speaks candidly about neurodiversity and resilience as a competitive advantage.
And then Joe Bates closed the whole 24 hours.
Former UK Special Forces. Sniper. Three tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Citigroup trader. Burnout survivor. Founder of Hayley launching 2026 built around strength, science, service and soul.
He lost his father to mental health at 16. And he has spent his entire life turning that pain into purpose.
When he talked about performance under pressure it wasn’t theory. It was lived. Every single word landed.
24 hours. The Pavilion Club. I will never forget this one. 🔥

24 hours with The Pavillion Club Some of the most extraordinary people I’ve ever had the privilege of being around. 🖤
The Pavillion Club at @wildernessreserve brought together founders, entrepreneurs, TV & film talent and I got to host it!!!!!

Panel 1 was something special. @kayascods , @varadasethu and @lucapasqualino three actors who have each carved out incredible careers in completely different ways sat down and got real. No PR polish, no rehearsed answers. Just honest, raw conversations about what it actually takes to make it from script to screen.
The sacrifices. The self doubt. The moments where it could have gone either way. And the mindset that kept them going when it did.
I was sitting there as their host trying to hold it together while quietly taking notes for my own life. 😅
This was just Part 1.
