This dish is dressed to impress! Just a few simple ingredients and you’ve got yourself a zesty twist on a classic appetizer 🍋🫒

For the marinade:
🍋 2tbsp Lemon Olive oil from @theolivecellarke (this does most of the heavy lifting)
🍋 1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar from @theolivecellarke
🍋 Pinch of thyme
🍋 Salt and Pepper
🍋 A little maple syrup or brown sugar

🍋 Punnet of cherry tomatoes (halved)
🍋 10-15 basil leaves (cut into ribbons)
🍋 Fresh Burrata from @queendeli_ke
🍋 Brown garlic bread from @zucchini_ke

Just 5 minutes of prep! Let your cherry tomatoes marinate in the fridge for 1-2hours. Grill your garlic bread in the oven. Plate it all together and enjoy!
