Two weeks ago, on August 28, we welcomed to this world our baby, Bojken Ilir Llupa, and it’s been so beautiful to see him grow and thrive in these first two weeks.

We are grateful to all the friends and family who has shown tremendous support, our awesome students who have been so flexible, and to the doctors and care team at @baptisthealthsf as well as Dr. Walkington at @maternityoptionsmiami for making sure we had a successful delivery and excellent care throughout the whole process.

Bojken enjoys listening to music (not that he has much of a choice there), being cuddled by his grandparents, feeding with great verve 😋, going out on morning and evening walks, and curiously following shapes and shadows. by @zumbainesa

Celebrating Pride Month with Zumba Fitness

🧡💛💚💙💜

In the US, the month of June has been designated as Pride Month since 1999. Throughout the month, celebrations in solidarity and allyship remind us of the courage and contributions of the (LGBTQI+) community, honoring historical events like the 1969 Stonewall riots and challenging us to reflect on the progress made in pursuit of equality, justice, and inclusion in the United States.

As June comes to an end, we were grateful to host an awesome ZUMBA FITNESS Pride Celebration! LIFE TIME is committed to being a place for everyone, and what better way to celebrate that than with ZUMBA!

Thank you to everyone who joined in person and in spirit to celebrate love, community, and support for each other! We danced together, laughed together and enjoyed a safe, happy, inclusive environment together. May love always lead our thoughts and actions!

See you again on the dance floor! The party doesn’t stop! 🥳 All moves are always welcome! 🪩
