Sometimes I have to stop and actually take in how far this hobby has brought me.More Emerald Tree Monitors hatching and the Amazon Tree Boa giving birth. Animals in my collection that, a few years ago, I could only have dreamed of owning.

I’ve grafted, worked, hustled, sacrificed and poured everything into this hobby. I’ve been lucky enough to have the right people around me, friends who have opened doors, shared knowledge and helped turn some pretty big dreams into reality. Some dreams I am still chasing and grateful for the those in my corner cheering and helping me on.

Then there’s Gaynor 🖤

Her unwavering support, belief in me and that enormous heart of hers has carried me through more than she probably realises. The wins, the losses and the moments where I very nearly gave it all up.

Tonight I’m just feeling incredibly grateful.
For the animals. For the people. For the opportunities. For the journey. Things I once dreamed about are now hatching in my reptile room.

Merry Christmas from us.

Morning coffee cosied away in the corner of a cafe, then a drive along the coast to St Andrews. Steak Barn for the most amazing steak 🥩 then a little shopping afterwards.
