Age 41, as a beginner, I couldn’t even lift my body a cm off the floor on static pole. These days (age 44) I whizz around in a backwards aerial invert on spinny pole, lifting my own body weight with fast G force 🎺 by @__nanette___

We love seeing you dance with us! Just look at our stunning student Nettie bringing this beautiful lyrical choreo by Fina to life 😍

This piece is a gorgeous blend of grace and strength—perfect for anyone who loves to move with emotion. 💜 The first two sections are beginner-friendly, with a gentle pace and expressive foundational elements like the diamond, pirouettes, and back hook. In the final part, we turn up the intensity with more strength-based, intermediate-level moves. Fina also offers modified variations throughout, so you can dance at your own pace and comfort level.

Nettie performed this routine without heels, and she absolutely nailed it! Most of our choreos can be danced barefoot or in socks, so feel free to start however you feel most confident.

Don’t forget to show Nettie some love in the comments💜 She deserves a big round of applause!

Do you train with us regularly? We’d love to see your journey! 💌 Tag us or send your training clips so we can celebrate your progress together! 💜

Liberian Girl in 3 shades💥
Thank you @jodandridgephotography for taking this shot and putting it on your grid, I feel blessed - now it’s time to put it on mine ♥️
This shot is dedicated to @ellie_poleaerial as it was all her doing and idea last minute so thank you Ellie. Lastly, thanks to Emma @thepolefitstudio for hosting this photoshoot 💋🫶🏻 by @__nanette___

💥 Bang Bang Freestyle, taking it easy with easy slow flow. Foot work could be cleaner but who cares. Nowhere to hide doing slow heels flow 🙈🎬 ⭐️ by @__nanette___

A bit of fun. Wide grip dead hang, to slow wide grip pull up, to one arm dead hang, to two arms again, then wide grip pull up again. Gawd I’m heavy but this was filmed after a few sets of working out in general. 🤣🤭👀🖤💀🧟‍♀️ by @__nanette___

It’s been 3 MONTHS since I tried an advanced level power Cup Grip handspring to a brief Iron X hold! Been too busy in life to train properly, so only been quickly freestyling about the joint as you prob have seen 💃
I have LOST some technique, turn, and some strength but made it up there and down! 🧟‍♀️👀 You need a strong old bicep arm for that one! 🥵 by @__nanette___

Na Na Niiii! Nope, not heard of make up or a hair brush AND needed a hair wash!
I’m a rough n ready natural girl l, so I’m looking kinda haggard up close these days - woo woo 🧟‍♀️🧟‍♀️🧟‍♀️🤣🤣🤣 Perfect for Halloween 🎃

🫵🏻🧟‍♀️🤭💀Lazy Freestyle bits with my middle aged bloat on. I blame middle age - but really it’s cause I eat for 3! 😉 🐽 by @__nanette___

Warm up spin freestyle last month, no music over the top, no bells or whistles. Pole so slippy, my push arm slipped 🤭 by @__nanette___

⭐️ last month - I love light on the feet, in the moment contemporary made up flow, something I really enjoy⭐️ by @__nanette___

My standard freestyle spinny warm up after my summer of blubber filmed a month or so ago 🐽 I love improvised flow, cause then it just flows rather than remembering a choreographed step 🤣 by @__nanette___
