Not every loss comes with a funeral and not every grieving woman gets the space to grieve.

Sometimes, grief looks like a relationship that ended, a business that didn’t work out, a dream you had to let go of, or a version of your life that no longer exists.

And when you’re a leader, the world doesn’t always stop long enough for you to process any of it.

You’re still expected to show up.
For your team. Your family.
Your business. Your community.

But who’s making space for what you’re carrying?

This November, The Centered CEO Circle is opening its doors to the public for a special two-hour virtual intensive:

WHEN LEADERS GRIEVE: LOSS, WELLBEING & THE WEIGHT WE CARRY 🎉

Facilitated by @andwhenyoudo , Nowela Muller, LCSW-C, a mental health clinician whose work explores grief, emotional wellbeing, burnout, and resilience.

Together, we’ll explore how grief shows up beyond the loss of a loved one, the ways it can affect our emotional wellbeing and leadership, and practical approaches to acknowledging and navigating the weight we carry.

This isn’t about pretending the loss didn’t happen or rushing yourself to move on.

It’s about making room to acknowledge what you’ve experienced while learning how to care for yourself as you continue to lead.

FOREVER MORGAN 🧡🐻

What a privilege and honor it was to share my expertise in mental health and wellness where it all began. I had the opportunity to pour into student leaders in the very same room where I cultivated my own leadership, purpose, and passion for service.

There is something so full-circle about returning to the places call home. This institution helped shape who I am and now having the opportunity to encourage the next generation of leaders is not something I take lightly. Morgan, thank you for giving me a space to make mistakes, discover my voice, and become the outstanding woman and professional I am today. I am forever indebted to the institution that gave me a second chance at life and continues to water the trail blazer in me.

Looking back, I’m reminded that so much of who I am today was cultivated through the people, experiences, and community I found at MSU. Forever grateful. Forever connected. FOREVER MORGAN.
