When Sal told me I only had 3 minutes before the cut off I wanted to cry. I was pushing as hard as I could and I didn’t want that to be the end of my race. I dug deep and Sal encouraged me every step. I would not have made it without his support out there. He reminded me of all the training and hills I did at home. Thanks for all the hill work Coach @ryanmiller34 .I can’t believe I made the cutoff by one second! taken in Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort by @_cristysolis

3 days of running in the mountains with @transrockiesrunning Golden Ultra! It was tough, but worth it. Beautiful trails, epic views, and amazing people every step of the way.

It was so nice to share this experience with some other friends from San Antonio, Texas. Sarah and I trained in the Texas heat going up and down the powerlines every weekend. I’m so proud of us!

A very special thanks to Sal for driving us around, crewing, and feeding us all weekend. ❤️ taken in Golden, British Columbia by @_cristysolis

I ran up and down a mountain and it was fun! It’s the hardest race I’ve done so far and I fell twice, but it was worth it. Speedgoat 30K ✅. taken in Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort by @_cristysolis
