‼️WE NEED YOUR HELP‼️

This little guy was found in the neighborhood across from the gym (Crossing at Quail Creek)

He’s wearing a collar but no tag or microchip.

If you recognize him, please have the owner DM us or text us at 726-224-4651

Let’s get this pup home!🏠

WE FOUND ONE! We dug deep into the archives and found an image of @sekgreg SMILING, so we had to share.

If you are at the run this morning give this guy a fist bump, thank him for all he does for ACTR, and wish him a fantastic race at the @transrockiesrunning Golden Ultra next weekend. And he’s not going alone @sarahmossberger @_cristysolis @justbeingkt @caito.dash will be there huffing along side him. GOOD LUCK TO ALL — We will be there in spirit, and we can’t wait to hear about your trip. Have the best time and watch out for bears 🧸

Join ACTR at 7AM this morning (September 6) at Crownridge Canyon Park (7222 Luskey Blvd) and run the Babcock Powerlines — meet in the parking lot and run approximately 8 miles on the challenging powerlines. Bring plenty of water to carry on the trails, it’s focking hot! 🚨This trail is not beginner friendly.

See you on the trails! #GoRunATrail #ACTR

We had a very productive meeting today. We discussed personal and professional wins, as well as lessons we’ve learned in August.

One of the big moments from today’s meeting was “if you’re not excited by some else’s progress. Truly excited and happy to see them succeed and accomplish something they have been working towards, then you don’t belong here.”

We all nodded in agreement because watching our Watchdogs grow, succeed, and progress is what drives us.

We’re looking forward to launching our new training block soon

As Personal Trainer were not supposed to say this, but at some point during your fitness journey you’re going to get injured.

You could have the most perfect technique in the world and the most perfect breathing and embracing available but sooner or later something’s gonna happen

McKenzie and Alexis recently tweaked their low backs neither occurred in the gym, but both of them started to feel enough pain and discomfort that it disrupted their daily activities

It was fortunate that the two of them were in a small group together today because we were able to introduce a lot of exercises that had them feeling better by the end of the session

This one session didn’t cure their low back pain, but it did provide them with some relief and help to give them some hope for a full recover recovery

It really comes down to load management and finding ways to move that are tolerable in building on that

Proud of you, ladies for putting in the good work today

Game Night at Watchdog Strength 🎲

We swapped workouts for games, snacks, and some friendly competition!

It’s always fun getting everyone together at the gym for something a little different. We’re grateful for the community we’ve built and the people who make Watchdog Strength what it is.

Thanks to everyone who came out and hung out with us! 🙌
