‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭16‬:‭8‬-‭9‬
“Better is a little with righteousness Than great income with injustice. The mind of man plans his way, But the LORD directs his steps.

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭16:17‬-‭21‬
The highway of the upright is to depart from evil; He who watches his way preserves his life. Pride goes before destruction, And a haughty spirit before stumbling. It is better to be humble in spirit with the lowly Than to divide the spoil with the proud. He who gives attention to the word will find good, And blessed is he who trusts in the LORD. The wise in heart will be called understanding, And sweetness of speech increases persuasiveness.” by @_invinceable_

Did some training w/ @truexodus He had me run drills on a @shoot_steel cardboard target w/ the @shooters_global SG Timer 2 to brush up on valuable skills that I’ve been slacking on. I haven’t had range therapy in a long time so this was a perfect opportunity to gauge where I’m at currently as a shooter.

1st Drill: “Bill Drill” @ 7 yds.
6 rounds, center mass B-zone of the target.

I chose to focus on the process more. I may have been slow, but my goal was to be as accurate as possible. Even though my shots were in the vital organ zone, I need to tighten my grouping. I personally don’t count line breakers as “in”.

2nd Drill: “Stitch Em Up” Drill @ 3 yds.
2 to the pelvic girdle, 2 to the chest, 1 to the head.

During this drill I had a stovepipe. Out of habit, I attempted to tap & rack, only making the jam progressively worse. I was able to clear the jam, reload, and shoot. However, I rushed getting my last shot on target, causing me to hit outside the triangle and far left above the ear. I was aiming for the head so it’s not a miss, but it’s not accurate and that’s no bueno.

3rd Drill: “Mozambique” Drill @ 5 yds.
2 shots Center Mass, 1 shot to the head.

After seeing my performance on this drill. I got excited and lost focus. There’s nothing wrong with being happy about your progress, but don’t let it get in the way of focusing on the entire process, because that’s what I did and it caused me to shoot a line breaker. Yuck🤮.

4th Drill: “Run Up!” Drill @ 25-15-5 yds.
Start @ 25 yds, Draw and shoot 5 rounds. Run to 15, shoot 5. Run to 5, shoot 5. All Center Mass. first on card board, then on steel.

Every time after running to the 15 yard marker and shooting, my support (left) hand wasn’t fully established, causing my shots to be pushed far left of center mass. Again, No Bueno. Tightening my support hand will fix that.

Psalm 34:

8
“Blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him.”

18
“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭7‬:‭7‬-‭9‬ ‭

“The LORD did not set His love on you nor choose you because you were more in number than any of the peoples, for you were the fewest of all peoples, but because the LORD loved you and kept the oath which He swore to your forefathers, the LORD brought you out by a mighty hand and redeemed you from the house of slavery, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt. Know therefore that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His lovingkindness to a thousandth generation with those who love Him and keep His commandments;” by @_invinceable_

Although Belgian Malinois are great dogs and can be easy to train (depending on your skill level), they ARE NOT for the average person, or a person looking for their very first dog to own.

Growing up with Belgian Malinois, being blessed with an opportunity to work with them over the years, and owning Malinois, I obtained knowledge shared from professional Dog Trainers, K9 Handlers. My love and understanding for them continues to grow more and more and from my own experience I learned Belgian Malinois need a few things (no particular order)

1. They need a job to do.

Malinois are the most loyal dogs I’ve ever trained and worked with, But if you don’t give them a job to do that stimulates their mind, they will either find a job to do that you won’t like, and/or become bored and destructive, and chew on things that shouldn’t be chewed on. Hence the nickname “Mali-gator”.

2. Exercise

Exercises for Malinois don’t have to be intense. They just need to build and/or maintain muscle. It can be taking them on a 1-2 mile run, throwing a ball till your arms hurt, playing tug, taking them hiking on different terrain, working through obstacles, simply strolling through town while running errands if you can, etc. They NEED Exercise.

Here’s the catch,
The best way to describe a Malinois is they are like a Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 with a 1000 Horsepower engine that doesn’t run out of gas once they’re awake. Once they run, they don’t want to stop and you’ll have a hard time catching them or stopping them unless you have the proper tools and training to control that energy and drive. There’s a reason why we like to call them “Fur Missles”. Belgian Malinois have 3 Speeds. Here, There, and Gone lol

3. Consistent & Efficient Training.

Figure out your dogs drive and use it to train consistently and efficiently. (Training needs to be structured. 5 minutes minimum, 15 minutes maximum) don’t over load your dog. It works, however, it doesn’t mean mistakes are not made. Xena and I get frustrated, and make mistakes, But progress was made once we got past that point.

Thank you God for my Fur Missle ❤️ by @_invinceable_

@rebelsraiders / @rebelsraidersgear Beta Test

Rebel called me back in May and asked to send gear that’s still in development for Beta Testing. I happily took on the mission.

The test featured both conventional and unconventional methods of quality assurance.

With the weather, limited time, and limited phone battery life, we did what we could as far as testing goes.

Huge Thanks to @toontucky_farms for letting me come down and test out the gear. I couldn’t think of a better place to do a gear QA test!

Special thanks and shout out to Israel for hanging with me while filming and editing the video. He has serious talent!!!

@rebelsraiders / @rebelsraidersgear RESTOCK Coming real soon!!!!

‭‭1 Samuel‬ ‭17‬:‭38‬-‭39‬, ‭

“Then Saul clothed David with his garments and put a bronze helmet on his head, and he clothed him with armor. David girded his sword over his armor and tried to walk, for he had not tested them. So David said to Saul, “I cannot go with these, for I have not tested them.” And David took them off.

44‬-‭46‬ ‭

The Philistine also said to David, “Come to me, and I will give your flesh to the birds of the sky and the beasts of the field.” Then David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword, a spear, and a javelin, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have taunted. This day the Lord will deliver you up into my hands, and I will strike you down and remove your head from you. And I will give the dead bodies of the army of the Philistines this day to the birds of the sky and the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel,” by @_invinceable_
