I don’t usually get personal on social media, but here we go.

After a stressful few weeks, I finally took possession of the space for our first 🇨🇦 TREMBLE studio. Standing in the middle of an empty room, surrounded by four concrete walls, I couldn’t help but reflect on how I got here. The past 4 years have been a blur. I was just trying to get through each day. I hit rock bottom—partying, drugs, alcohol, you name it. If you were with me through that time, you’d have seen that I wasn’t mentally okay. Then one day, a friend said to me: It’s just a process. One day, you’ll look back and see how all the stars aligned.

Today, I see the stars ✨.

Every challenge and setback brought me here. Leaving that relationship four years ago pushed me toward med school👩‍⚕️, which took me to LA, where I discovered my passion for fitness and wellness. That passion transformed me into a certified XFormer instructor in LA, and eventually sparked the dream of owning a studio. I set out to create something new, until I found TREMBLE. One life changing phone call on my birthday last year sent me packing for NYC 🍎, and three months later in Miami 🌴, we made it official—TREMBLE was coming to Canada 🇨🇦.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey—my commercial broker, accountant, legal team, architect/designer, friends, family, and of course, the incredible TREMBLE family 🫶! I couldn’t have done this without your support.

I know the road ahead won’t be easy, but I’m READY. This isn’t just four concrete walls I’m looking at; It’s resilience, passion, determination and new beginnings.

This is a story of a girl named Lucky.

I had tears in my eyes writing this. Six months of memories with this team, building TREMBLE’s first Canadian studio in Ottawa. We went from strangers to ride or dies, and I still don’t know what I did to deserve them.

We had no machines to practice on, so they came to my house every Monday morning to drill their routines and stay sharp. We did free community events, charity events, and knocked on doors in the neighborhood. Unexpected construction delays pushed our opening from spring to summer and then fall — and this team stayed locked in the entire time. Late nights, volunteer hours, rewriting routines… they never complained once.

Your strong work ethic and passion for TREMBLE and fitness shine through every single class.
