Back in the lab. It's been almost 6 years since I last posted a shuffle video. I never stopped dancing, just kept it off camera. When I first started learning how to shuffle, it gave me confidence and a creative outlet when I needed one.

In 2026 I'm making a major effort to lean back into my creative passions like dance and art because it's what my soul craves.

When the first lockdown hit, I didn’t even know what life was anymore. For months I felt like nothing mattered; going to sleep late on a weekday, eating my face off, just not taking care of myself. But then I began to go internally even more and iron out a lot of the crap that I wasn’t facing. Started daily meditations, journaling, quitting nicotine & weed, redesigning my whole office space; I felt super aligned with myself. That same lockdown summer when restrictions were lighter, I was invited to a friend couple’s bachelor & bachelorette at a cottage. Living at the time with my parents who would be considered high risk for COVID, I was paranoid about going out and seeing people, bringing the ‘rona to the household. It took me some time but I got over my fears and decided to go. Little did I know that weekend I would meet someone that would change the course of my life.

It’s everyone’s quest in life to meet someone who they connect with on every single level right down to the deepest parts of your soul. @gigglesmcloud has become my rock, my anchor, my world. During our time in lockdown after the summer of 2020, we had no external distractions while getting to know each other; no events, no restaurants, no movies, nada. Our focus was JUST us. In all the time that passed, we got to know each other almost to a supernatural level. We became better people together every single day. Because of her I’ve grown so much as a person and dealt with so many unknown traumas weighing down my soul. She has given me a purpose again in life to strive to be the best person that I can be. She is the most thoughtful, kind, caring, and just straight up hilarious. Her strength and ability to see life through a different lens has been inspirational and she absolutely completes me where I fall weak. She has seen me at my lowest points and knows how to raise me up. Her creativity and eye for art is like nothing I’ve experienced before; literally genius levels. There is no one else in this world I am more proud to call my partner in crime.

We may get upset at times because things do not go our way when we want it to. At the end of the day the only permanent attachment we have to anything is ourselves. Focus on you and your own growth. Trust in the process and believe in the universe; everything will fall into place thereafter.
