Who is most likely to spend the most money was way too easy to answer 😂

Me and Liv got put to the test by @elitecompetitionsltd to see how well we actually know each other, and honestly some of those questions had us howling!

Can’t complain though, they put us up for the night in this absolutely gorgeous house in Lytham St Annes. £2.1 million this place is worth, can you believe it?! Gutted I can’t enter myself, wouldn’t mind waking up here every morning.

Apparently one of you could be calling it home by Halloween, 19p a ticket. Mad!

AD | Life in general can be hectic… add kids into the mix and it’s another level 😂

I always try to stay on top of my meals and meal prep, especially when I’m training, but some days time just gets away from you.

One thing I’ve found to be a bit of a game changer is @huel. 40g of high-quality protein, 26 essential vitamins & minerals and it’s ready in 60 seconds; literally grab, shake and go.

For me, it’s about having something quick and convenient there when I need it, so even on the mad days I can still get the fuel I need and feel ready to give my best in training 💪

It works out at just £1.79 per meal (with subscription) too, which is less than most morning coffees.

If you fancy giving it a go, you can get £10 off your first order over £60 using my code ALEXBOWEN.
