TEXAS!

Cabaret is the beginning of my collegiate career and what I would call my professional theatrical career. This show has truly meant the absolute world to me and been a privilege to be a part of. Being a freshman casted in such an already small cast but being chosen out of all of the amazingly other talented people out there is such a blessing. And I will be forever proud to have played Texas!

Not only was I able to perform in this amazing production but I was given the ability to be a part of the set building process. As a tech major this is truly what enthralled me about being a part of this production and this College. It has given me such an amazing beginning to what I hope will be a successful career. And I can truly say my blood sweat and tears - And numerous rolled ankles :) - went into the magic of this musical.

When that silly dream became reality, the day that seems so far away came and went like it was just another day. No matter the trials that came during my high school career I’d never trade any of it for the world and I know that the little girl I used to be would be so proud of who I’ve become today. I thank God most importantly but also my family and friends for getting me to this point in my life I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone they’ve pushed me to be the best version of myself everyday and now I can officially say I have graduated high school. What, like it’s hard?
