I promise I have a plan (sort of) to back post about all the happenings of the last 4 months!! 🙇🏻‍♀️ In the meantime, please enjoy me ✨ struggling ✨ to comprehend how the heck I'm supposed to hold a mic while aCtiNg 🥲😭

Big love & thanks to Jordyn for facilitating this recital for all your students!! @jordyyndayy @jdvoxstudio I didn't expect to be so moved to see all these young artists at so many different stages of their performing journeys braving the wilderness of a live audience 🥹💞 so inspired by everyone's courage & talent! 😤🥰

Can't post the full song cuz uh, reels. Part two maybe?? How do the kids do it these days?? Also shout-out to my love for this bootleg 😂💞

Couldn't pass up on this banger 💥‼️🥵

Haven't committed to a new home gym yet (or visited any gyms in the last month and a half really) but it was nice coming back to play! ☺️ ...except when I thought that big golden leaf was gonna pull my pants off and then almost died turning to face back out 😬💀

To my Uplift community - I regret not having the chance to tell a lot of you this in person, but last Saturday was my last shift at the gym (the decision was finalized this past Monday). I have so much to say, but I'll keep it relevant to just this most important part: thank you -- you were so, so good to me ❤️

(TW: suicide) I came to Uplift to find a way to live that wouldn't make me feel like I was better off dead. Receiving your love and support during this effort was nothing short of rehabilitating, and has helped me grow so much into a person that I can recognize and love. It's been pretty crazy how far you've helped me come. So, I'm okay now, really good actually. I feel like I made the right decision in leaving, and feel so lucky to have received immense support before, during and after this departure, but truly, I'll miss you all so much, and hope that I served you well during my 10 months here.

To the people to whom I owe boulders and boulders of gratitude, can I sing to you? Because, thank you for finding me ❤️

Self-tape #1: "You Will Be Found" from Dear Evan Hansen

Dedicated to my lovely, funny, bright, kind, generous, strong and incredible people at Uplift.

Featuring, and disrupted by, Jinbe. It was too cute to replace with a clean take.

SHE CRIMPED, LOCKED OFF & PULLED ON A POCKET?! 😭🎉 Still not at 100%, but feels like the right direction. Big. 🥹

Thank you @onsightdpt for quickly diagnosing my year-long finger tweak and sharing PT exercises to rehab it 😊🙏🏼Finally feeling like I can climb consistently again, safely and sustainably.

It was a flexor tendon strain resulting in swelling at the knuckle y'all (the swelling was very misleading when I was trying for months to self-diagnose) -- guessing it was a result of over-relying on finger strength when I started moonboarding.

As always, all the gratitude for @ellymcclane (we both know I would've shocked myself off the wall if you didn't cheer right then when I hit the pocket 😝) @johnrobg @pctstan @maxmenenberg and so many others in the Uplift climbing community for keeping me committed & having fun rock climbing 🥺 So much love for you all! 💕
