Life is getting so serious I almost forgot I love this shit! And @kenzieannis , ok girl I get it 😂

To all my friends and loyal story repliers old and new, I was hit by a car right around this time about a decade ago. While I got right up and kept running for the bus (true story— they wouldn’t let me on and called an ambulance lol) and because I was adamant on playing my senior night and performing in my last few shows— it’d cause a severe ligament imbalance in my right leg, microtears on my MCL, chronic pain, and limited mobility in my back and hip. And while you don’t see that part in the sexy heels reel or story posts from my classes, l can’t stress how much that experience shaped my relationship with a hypothetical dance career, how I’d eventually teach/coach and what I’ve been able to offer other people on their own movement/strength/recovery/self-actualization journey🫂

Fast forward I’ve gotten to teach hundreds of original combos, sweat in rooms/on stage/on camera with some amazing people and carve out a path at the intersection of my psyc career, movement and helping people be healthier (I can’t wait to really share what’s being worked on🌟!)

If you had some time today, thanks 😚 and thank you to everyone I ever have the opportunity of learning from and dancing with across the course of this little life💛
